Recite "Ma pa can gzung ngo." Second, the main practice is divided into four parts: first, generating fire based on the combination of wind; second, generating fire based on the two seed syllables; third, meditating on burning and dripping based on the three channels and four wheels; fourth, relying on the supreme Tummo to manifest the wisdom of bliss and emptiness in union. First, the fourth session is the visualization of generating fire based on wind: From taking refuge to the purification of the A-character empty realm, practice as before. Then, visualize the Lama Vajradhara on your crown chakra, and with intense devotion and one-pointedness, pray: "I beseech the father Lama Sangye Rinpoche! Please bless me to generate the Samadhi of bliss and warmth! Please bless me to generate the Samadhi of bliss and emptiness! Please bless me to generate the special Samadhi in my mindstream!" After praying in this way, the Lama father and mother dissolve into light and merge into oneself. In an instant, one transforms into Vajravarahi, red in color, naked, adorned with bone ornaments, seated on a red lotus and sun disc. Half of the hair is tied in a topknot, marked with a bone wheel, and half hangs down, adorned with five dry human heads. The two hands form the wind mudra, and the two feet are in the wind-holding posture. The three eyes are wide open, gazing brightly. Inside the body, at the navel chakra, visualize the essence of fire, possessing the four characteristics of heat, intensity, roughness, and sharpness, about the size of a goose egg, arranged in four directions: front, back, right, and left. Then, exhale stale air. When inhaling empty wind, due to the movement of the lower wind, the blue flame flickers and burns. When exhaling and pressing down, the flame becomes even more intense, filling the entire body. When inhaling empty wind again, the upper body is filled with flames and burns. When exhaling, the flames pass through the two thighs, the two feet, and the entire lower body, focusing on this visualization, and holding the vase breathing as before. When rotating the abdomen, visualize the flames swirling red. The fifth session is generating fire based on the two seed syllables: Visualize yourself clearly as Vajravarahi, and visualize the four fire piles at the navel chakra, as before. The difference in visualization is: between the sun disc and the anus, there is a green wind seed syllable ཡཾ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Yang), and at the anus,

Upon entering the inner gate of the path, visualize the red fire seed syllable (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Raṃ) as if about to ignite, and exhale. During empty drawing, the wind generated from the yaṃ syllable (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal meaning: Yaṃ) shakes and strikes the raṃ syllable (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Raṃ), causing the fire to ignite. Meditate on the four fires of the navel striking, causing the fire to burn even more, filling the entire interior of the body. During empty drawing, the fire burns upwards, clearly manifesting oneself as Vajravarahi's face, medicine, ears, etc., with red flames flickering and burning, filling the upper part; during exhalation, the lower part is entirely filled with fire. The fire burns downwards, flames shooting out from the two lower doors and burning, visualize the external form of the body also being in the midst of the burning flames, and perform vase breathing as before. Then, in the midst of the burning flames both inside and outside, clearly manifest oneself as Vajravarahi, with three bright and sparkling eyes. Focus on the illusory body of appearance and emptiness, and hold the vase breathing as much as possible. Sixth Night: Meditating on Blazing and Dripping based on the Three Channels and Four Chakras: One's external form body is, as before, Vajravarahi, in the midst of flames. From four fingers below the navel upwards, the tip inserted into the crown of the head, the central channel is straight like the trunk of a waterside tree, thin like the filament of a lotus, oily like a patola flower, and clear like a sesame oil lamp, possessing four characteristics, the exterior being blue. The interior is red, the interior is hollow. Existing straight in the center of the body, to the right is the red Roma channel, both inside and outside are red. To the left is the white Kyangma channel, the exterior is white, the interior is red. These two, in the manner of being born from the upper end of the central channel, are located below the Roma, Kyangma, and central channels, like the lower part of the Tibetan capital letter "ཆ". The Roma and Kyangma separate outwards. At the junction in the navel, is the navel chakra, sixty-four petals, representing the earth element, the exterior is yellow, the interior is red. The tips of the outer petals face upwards, like an umbrella handle pointing to the sky and hanging down. Again, the two Roma and Kyangma channels separate to the left and right. At the junction in the heart, is the Dharma wheel, eight petals, slightly downwards, like an overturned umbrella, representing the wind element, the exterior is blue, the interior is red. Again, the Roma and Kyangma separate outwards. At the junction in the throat, is the enjoyment wheel, sixteen petals, representing the fire element, both inside and outside are red. Slightly facing upwards. Again, the two Roma and Kyangma channels separate outwards. At the junction in the crown of the head, is the great bliss wheel, thirty-two petals, representing the water element, the exteri
