A radiant solar disc equal in size to the sun. Above it, from the white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: none), a cool, white, full moon disc. Above that, the Lama, the essence of Vajra Body, the victorious Vajradhara, with a white body, holding a vajra in his right hand and a bell with a vajra handle in his left. The consort, Vajrayogini, with a red body, holding a curved knife in her right hand and a skull cup filled with nectar in her left, embracing the father. Both feet are in vajra and lotus posture, seated in a sphere radiating white light. Clearly visualize this and pray to the father Lama, the precious Buddha. Please bless us and all sentient beings to pacify illness, evil spirits, and obstacles. Please bless us to purify negative karma and obscurations. Please bless us to generate special samadhi in our minds. After praying intensely like this, the Lama Vajradhara, father and mother, together with their throne, dissolve into light and seep into the crown of your head. As a result, a white, three-cornered Dharma source appears inside your head, with a thin root like a small tongue, and a large, upward-pointing apex, with two corners pointing to the right and left ears, and one corner pointing to the space between the eyebrows. Focus on the clear and radiant white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: none) inside it, and recite "A A" hundreds of thousands of times. From the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: none), an immeasurable stream of white nectar descends, filling the entire Dharma source. Finally, the nectar overflows from the mouth of the Dharma source and descends like a vine from the root. It enters through the Brahma aperture at the crown of your head and pervades your entire body. All the sins, obscurations, and misdeeds accumulated since beginningless time transform into the form of soot or charcoal and exit from the two lower orifices, the tips of the toes, and even the pores of the skin, sinking into the nine levels below. All sins and obscurations are purified. Visualize that all the empty spaces are filled with nectar, and you are blessed. Relax both legs and sit comfortably. Press the demon vein of the ring finger with the thumbs of both hands, forming vajra fists, and place them face down on your knees. Generate wind from the two nostrils, exhale completely with a "Sang" sound, and simultaneously draw in the lower wind and perform emptiness induction. Hold the breath as long as possible. When you can't hold it any longer

Then, to the extent that the hairs of the two nostrils do not move, inhale slowly and press firmly below the navel, holding the breath to the extent possible. If unable to hold, exhale as before. After doing this three times, on the last time, circle the navel three times clockwise, three times counterclockwise, and three times in the middle. Alternately raise the left and right shoulders, and raise the middle, at the end of the three times, exhale the air completely from both nostrils with sound, and make a "Ha" sound. Even if a beginner cannot hold for a long time, during exhalation and inhalation, ensure that there is no residual air, and when holding the breath, that no air is leaked, practice the gentle and slow breathing in a manner of short duration and many repetitions, gradually becoming accustomed and stable. In short, for each session of such breathing exercises, meditate on it at least a hundred times or so, or seven or three times at a minimum. The second practice is to rely on the Guru Speech Vajra to practice the purifying "Ah" syllable emptiness. The differences in preparation and main practice are the same as before. Visualize Guru Vajradhara, with a red body and emitting red light, and offer prayers. Due to him dissolving into oneself, in the head, within a dharma origin (chos 'byung) of red, iron-burning form, focus on the red "Ah" syllable, and through recitation, immeasurable red nectar descends, with a touch that is extremely hot, and all diseases are expelled in the form of pus and blood. Visualize all the remaining places filled with nectar, like molten copper juice, bubbling like boiling liquid. The breath retention and so on are the same. The third practice is to rely on the Guru Mind Vajra to practice the purifying "Ah" syllable emptiness. All the visualizations of preparation and main practice are the same as before. The special difference is to visualize the Guru with a blue body, and visualize the blue "Ah" syllable within a blue dharma origin. From there, light radiates. Invoke immeasurable wrathful deities such as Yamantaka, glorious Hayagriva, and Vajrakilaya. Dissolve into the "Ah" syllable. Due to reciting the "Ah" syllable, immeasurable wrathful deities arise from the "Ah" syllable. Filling the body. All demons are expelled in the form of ugly creatures. Visualize the body and the inside of the dharma origin, all filled with immeasurable wrathful deities holding weapons, filling it without any space.
