Homage to the Guru Vajravarahi! Here, the long lineage of Naropa and Niguma's Tummo instructions, the teachings received by Kunkhyen Chokyi Gyaltsen (All-Knowing, Victorious Over All Directions); the close lineage is the oral transmission of Tummo instructions personally bestowed upon Bodong Rachhen Paljor Sangpo by the Wisdom Dakini, relying on the profound instructions of the Seven-Day Practice, the stages of practice for accomplishing the Rainbow Body Vajra Body are three: preliminaries, main practice, and concluding practice. The first part has three: common preliminaries, uncommon preliminaries, and special preliminaries. The first part is: having received empowerment in the mandala of Chakrasamvara and other Highest Yoga Mother Tantras and abiding by the vows, the contemplation of the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity, impermanence of death, karma and its results, and the faults of samsara are the same as others. The second part has three: refuge, bodhicitta, and guru yoga. The first part is: all places are visualized as a pure great realm, in front of oneself, a nectar lake with eight qualities, filled with wish-fulfilling jewels, in the center of the five-branched wish-fulfilling tree, the root guru Vajradhara is surrounded by the gurus of the Tummo lineage. In front, on a lotus and sun cushion, the yidam Vajravarahi is red, holding a curved knife, skull cup, and khatvanga. Adorned with five bone ornaments, with a garland of dry human heads and a necklace of wet human heads, a black sow face behind the right ear making a snorting sound, in a dancing posture with the right leg bent, abiding in the midst of blazing wisdom fire, surrounded by the yidam deities. To the right is the form of a nirmanakaya Buddha, behind is the Dharma, to the left is the Sangha, all around are the heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardian deities. In front of them, oneself and all other sentient beings abide with reverence and purity in body, speech, and mind. First, recite Om Ah Hum.
