Meditate on them dissolving into fire. This body, transformed into the four elements, benefits sentient beings through the solidity and stability of earth; benefits sentient beings through the moisture and nourishment of water; benefits sentient beings through the heat and burning of fire; benefits sentient beings through the lightness and movement of wind. The sun and moon become the two eyes, thus benefiting sentient beings. Meditate that the food eaten by sentient beings is your own flesh; the clothes worn are your own skin; the drink consumed is your own blood. Then meditate that the sins and sufferings of sentient beings ripen on yourself, and your own happiness and virtue ripen on sentient beings. These two meditate on them alternately. Even taking the roots of virtue of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, meditate on them ripening on sentient beings. In this way, sentient beings are free from sins and sufferings. Generate the supreme Bodhicitta, perfect the two accumulations, purify the two obscurations, and meditate on attaining Buddhahood. Recite Om(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) seven times over the body composed of the four elements, and meditate on it transforming into nectar. Meditate that the nectar of wisdom descends from the hearts of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, filling everything. Meditate that the Thirty-three Heavens and Uttarakuru, and all the realms of the world, are filled with nectar and essence. First offer it to the Guru and Yidam, then offer it to the sentient beings of the six realms. Think that they consume all the nectar without exception, and meditate on them attaining the body of non-conceptual wisdom. Thus, the body is offered to the Guru, Yidam deity, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the six realms, and disappears. The mind rests naturally in a state of no inherent existence. Thus it is said. Perform the meditation and recitation of the Yidam as before. Dedicate the roots of virtue. Meditate on dreams as illusions. The sixth chapter, on mind training based on the elements, is complete. The seventh, called the mind training of transforming the body into a wish-fulfilling jewel. From the Bodhicaryāvatāra: The wish-fulfilling jewel, the excellent vase, the accomplished mantra, the great medicine, and the wish-fulfilling tree, all fulfill the desires of beings. Therefore, for the benefit of sentient beings,

Thinking to practice mind training by transforming the body into a wish-fulfilling jewel for the sake of attaining Buddhahood. Then, visualize your own body transforming into a blue wish-fulfilling jewel, shaped like an octahedron, of medium size, about the size of a thigh. Place it on the top of a victory banner, make offerings and pray, causing an uneven rain to fall. Visualize the rain striking the ground. Again, make offerings and pray, causing an uneven wind to rise. Visualize the wind sweeping the ground. Again, make offerings and pray, causing a rain of nectar to fall. Visualize that the karma and afflictions of sentient beings, as well as their thick flesh and blood, are purified, and they generate supreme Bodhicitta. Visualize perfecting the two accumulations and attaining Buddhahood. Again, make offerings and pray, causing a rain of jewels to fall, and visualize adorning them with jewels. Again, make offerings and pray, causing a rain of divine garments (Sanskrit: Pañcālika) to fall, and imagine clothing them with these garments. Again, make offerings and pray, causing a rain of uncontaminated nectar to fall, filling the entire world. Visualize nectar also falling from the hearts of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, filling everything. Visualize the Thirty-three Realms, the Realm of No Sound, and all the nectar and essence of the world filling everything. First, offer this to the Guru and the Yidam deity. Then, offer it to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Then, offer it to the Buddhas of the six realms. Visualize that they completely consume all of this nectar, thereby attaining the non-conceptual wisdom Dharmakaya. Thus, offer the body to the Guru and Yidam deity, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the Buddhas of the six realms. Since the mind has no inherent existence, rest naturally in the state of non-inherent existence. If you wish to arise from this state, dedicate the roots of virtue, visualizing it as like a dream or illusion. The chapter on transforming the body into a wish-fulfilling jewel, the seventh chapter. Eighth, the mind training instructions for the time of death.
