Meditate that one cannot obtain the body of a human or a god. Likewise, also meditate that pretas, animals, and asuras obtain the body of a human or a god. In the human realm, emanate bodies as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, and meditate that all the sins and sufferings of humans ripen on those bodies of yours. Meditate that your own happiness and virtue ripen on humans. Meditate on these two going back and forth. Also, take on the roots of virtue of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and meditate that they ripen on sentient beings. In this way, may humans be free from sins and sufferings, generate the supreme bodhicitta, complete the two accumulations, and attain Buddhahood. Then, meditate that this outer world is a vast and expansive vessel of jewels. Cut your own body into pieces and meditate that it is filled with flesh and blood. Focus on that and, by reciting (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Om Ah Hum) three times, meditate that it becomes nectar. Also meditate that the nectar of wisdom descends from the hearts of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and fills it. Meditate that the Thirty-three Heavens, Northern Kurus, and the realms of the world are filled with nectar and essence. Then, first offer the nectar to the guru and the deity, then offer it to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, then offer it to the six types of beings, and think that all of them have attained the non-conceptual wisdom dharmakaya. In this way, the body is drawn away by sentient beings and disappears, and the mind is left in the state of non-inherent existence. Perform the meditation and recitation of the deity as before. Dedicate the roots of virtue. The third chapter: Emanating bodies as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River and taking on the suffering of the six types of beings. Fourth: What is called mind training based on flesh and blood. May I attain Buddhahood for the sake of sentient beings. For that purpose, thinking, "I will practice mind training based on flesh and blood," then imagine the house is filled with flesh and blood, and meditate that all the pretas who like flesh and blood gather together. Then, those who like meat eat meat, those who like blood drink blood, the head is taken by the Yaksha demon king, the feet are taken by the mother demon queen, and the middle parts are taken by gods, demons, and spirits. If it is fresh, eat it raw; if it is not fresh, cook it and eat it. Do it as well as you can.

Then, giving, eat the flesh, drink the blood, and contemplate all the bones being crushed. Thus, the body is given to them. The mind, however, rests naturally in a state of no self-nature. Then, as wisdom expands, contemplate the inside of the iron fence, the entire valley, and all the realms of the world being filled with flesh and blood. It is said that if you want to get up, dedicate the merit and contemplate it as a dream. The fourth chapter, Giving Flesh and Blood. ༈ །།Fifth, practicing mind training based on the Torma. In order to attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all sentient beings. For that purpose, thinking, "I will practice mind training based on the Torma." Contemplate the outer world as a vast and expansive jewel. Cut your own body into pieces and contemplate the vessel being filled. By reciting Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओम् आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽) three times, contemplate it transforming into nectar. By reciting the names of the four Tathāgatas, including the Tathāgata Ratna Mangala, contemplate the oath-bound protectors of the Dharma, the glorious protectors, and goddesses, etc., all those who have vowed to protect the Buddha's teachings, surrounded by those who are manifestly delighted in the white side, and offer to them. Recite Namaḥ Sarva Tathāgata Āvalokite Oṃ Sambhara Sambhara Hūṃ (藏文:ན་མསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨཱ་བ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཏེ་ཨོཾ་སཾ་བྷ་ར། སཾ་བྷ་ར་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:नमः सर्व तथागत आवलॊकेते ओम् सम्भर सम्भर हुम्,梵文罗马拟音:namaḥ sarva tathāgata āvalokete oṃ sambhara sambhara hūṃ,汉语字面意思:皈命一切如来,垂视,嗡,圆满,圆满,吽) three times, contemplating that the offering has been made. All sentient beings of the six realms, please accept this vast offering of the Torma, and may the accumulation of merit and wisdom be perfected in the streams of myself and all sentient beings. Recite the verses beginning with "My power of merit." Thus, the body is not given by force. The mind is without self-nature, so rest naturally in the state of no self-nature. If you want to get up, dedicate the merit and contemplate it as a dream or illusion. The fifth chapter, Based on the Torma. ༈ །།Sixth, practicing mind training based on the elements. From the Bodhicaryāvatāra: "May the great elements, such as earth, and like space, always be the source of manifold sustenance for limitless sentient beings." Therefore, in order to attain Buddhahood for the benefit of sentient beings. For that purpose, thinking, "I will practice mind training based on the elements." Contemplate the heat
