May the power of taming one's own mind, blend wisdom and Dharma, and attain the great confidence of immortality in this life. In short, may all times and circumstances, whatever happiness, suffering, prosperity, or decline may arise, be transformed into the path of enlightenment through the profound practice of mind training. I prostrate to all the lineage lamas of the Sumpa Lotsawa's oral transmission. This was written at Dhongchui Dharma Fortress by the Dharma-speaking monk Thogme, at the urging of Geshe Shakya Yeshe of Minyak. May the supplement to the lineage and the three verses of aspiration written by Khyentse Wangpo be virtuous! The Mind Training Oral Transmission Guide of Sumpa Lotsawa, entitled "Nectar of the Heart," is hereby presented. Om, auspicious, accomplishment). The essence of the supreme vehicle's ocean of teachings, the excellent key instructions of the oral transmission, to the knowledgeable lama who bestows the nectar of the heart to fortunate ones, I pay homage and briefly explain this profound path. This has two parts: the history that makes one believe and trust its authenticity, and the actual key instructions that arise from that history. First is the history: Sumpa Lotsawa Darma Yonten, also known as Palchok Dorje, was a learned and accomplished master. He resided in the sacred land of India for a long time. When he intended to return to Tibet, he used the remaining gold to make extensive offerings at the Vajra Throne (Bodh Gaya) in India. With feelings of attachment to the sacred places and lamas of India, he hesitated, wondering whether to return or stay, feeling somewhat sad and uneasy. As he was circumambulating the Mahabodhi Temple, he saw a dark-skinned girl followed by a red-skinned girl. They sometimes circled in the sky, sometimes walked back and forth on the ground, seeming to deliberately lead someone to chase them, but then disappeared. At that moment, the red-skinned woman said, "I don't feel well in my mind today either, and I also want to leave. Isn't it death? I am afraid of death." The dark-skinned woman looked sharply at the translator and said, "If she could be content with whatever happens, whatever happens would be happy. But she is not content with whatever happens, that is the problem." In this way, they spoke these four vajra words in the form of questions and answers. The translator immediately understood the meaning in his heart and remembered what he had known before.

May you become skilled in realizing the meaning of all dharmas. May special realizations arise. All the dharmas previously known became faults, so he made the essence of thought the core. It is said that the two women, one red and one blue, appeared as Vajravarahi and Jetsun Drolma. Those Vajra words were also translated and given to Jampal Yang Sakya Pandita Kunga Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo. He gave it to the protector of beings, Phakpa Rinpoche, and the accomplished Dhar Chyarwa Rinpoche Zangpo, and from there it was passed down in succession. Later, Gyaltsab Rinpoche Thokme requested the glorious Lama Dampa Sonam Gyaltsen, saying, "Please give me one teaching that is the essence of Drungpa's heart practice and benefits the mind." It is said that he bestowed this teaching and urged Geshe Phakpa Lha, and it is said that he also composed the teaching manual at that time. When the Sakya lineage lama, the great Lama Sonam, went to China, Gyaltsab Rinpoche went to Lhasa (1951) to see him off. At that time, Gyaltsab Rinpoche presided over the ceremony and gave this very teaching as a common teaching to all the virtuous friends in the courtyards of Lhasa (1951). As evidenced by the biography of Chöje Gyaltsab, many great virtuous friends also made it the essence of their heart practice. In particular, Tsarchen Chökyi Gyalpo heard the two streams of tradition from Jampal Sakya Pandita that had merged into one, and when he bestowed experiential instructions in the golden-roofed Dharma hall of Shalu Monastery, based on the teaching manual of Chöje Lama Dampa, the actual Jampal Yang, Khyentse Wangchuk, recorded the oral transmission and composed a work called "Clearing the Darkness of the Heart," and since then the lineage of experiential instructions has continued uninterrupted. Furthermore, the teachings transmitted from Gyaltsab Rinpoche were heard by Je Kunga Drolchok, and the lineage of teachings compiled in the "Collection of One Hundred Teachings" still exists to this day. Secondly, regarding the actual instructions associated with that history. Like this, practicing the ear-whispered lineage mind training of Sumpa Lotsawa, or the teaching known as the Four Vajra Lines of the Dakinis, there are four parts. First, the first Vajra line: If anything is acceptable, then whatever is done is happiness. The meaning of this is to experience
