Having recognized that the two are inseparable, free from all extremes of expressing union, superior insight without conceptualization, strive to continuously practice. It is said that by striving in this way, the mind and dharmata become one, the mind has entered the dharma, so even if one dies now, there will be no clinging of hope and fear. The four vajra lines: If you realize that the mind is unborn, there is no death either. The meaning of what is said is that if you are skilled in the two bodhicittas, you will not be overwhelmed by any causes such as death, and if you examine it carefully, even if it seems like death, there is actually no death, because there is no birth, like unconditioned space. The way of being unborn is that the body is only imputed by the mind and does not actually exist, and the mind is initially empty of the cause of birth, as mentioned before, it is free from the three: arising, abiding, and ceasing. Therefore, if death is definitely true, does the body die, or does the mind die? Or do they die together? The body is inanimate, like earth and stone, and there is no death. Dying together has never happened to anyone and will not happen. When you are sure that the mind is free from elaboration, like space, free from all that can die and that which dies, you are freed from all fear of death. As it is said, "There is no one who transmigrates and no one who is transmigrated, it is also self." It is said that it is also the most supreme of all transmigrations. In short, by initially realizing that birth is only an imputation of name, the conceptual thought of clinging to death as real will naturally cease, and birth fills the gap of death. If you rely on the realization that the mind is free from the three: arising, abiding, and ceasing, without subject and object, then the innate face of immortality will be revealed. To summarize such meaning, the first vajra line completely shows the preliminary and main practices of the Mahayana path, the second mainly shows calm abiding, the third shows superior insight, and the fourth shows the essential instructions for the completion of the path. The essence of practice is that no matter when and where, no matter what circumstances arise, whether favorable or unfavorable, whether happy or sad, whether high or low, do not be controlled by them, but use the two bodhicittas to guide them, thereby maintaining pure happiness in the continuum.
