The essence is the Bhagavan Amitayus himself, who manifests as the form of the wisdom goddess for easy practice. Temporarily, it is the basis or root of all higher realm qualities, increasing longevity and merit, naturally gathering all perfect splendor, and pacifying all unfavorable aspects. It purifies the karmic obscurations accumulated over many eons, and ultimately leads to rebirth in the Sukhavati realm, etc. The empowerment of this supreme deity, which possesses inconceivable benefits, is practiced according to the instructions of the great accomplished Mitra. 4) Five Mothers and Seventeen Deities. In particular, it increases power, pacifies and protects against the harm of demons, obstacles, ghosts, and poisons, and brings auspicious celebrations to all regions. Its benefits are said to be inconceivable. The order of the sadhana also comes from the unbroken lineage of teachings transmitted from accomplished masters such as Jetari and Panchen Jikme Jungne. Here, it is practiced according to the system of the Yogic Lord Mitra Joki. 5) Twenty-five deities of Marichi. Then, there is the empowerment into the mandala of the twenty-five deities of Marichi. The tantra of this sacred mother belongs to the Tathagata family of the action tantra, as it is said in the scriptures. Merely holding her name and remembering her will prevent the fear of demons, enemies, and thieves from prevailing, and will pacify and avert them. All temporary and ultimate benefits will be easily accomplished, and her qualities are limitless. As for the sadhana, some of the sadhanas explained by accomplished beings such as Acharya Abhaya and Jetari, along with the lineage of oral instructions, still exist. Here, it is practiced according to the teachings of glorious Mitra. 6) Eighteen deities of Jambhala. Then, there is the empowerment into the mandala of the eighteen deities of sacred Jambhala. This glorious Lord of Light belongs to the Ratna family of the action tantra. The tantras concerning Yaksha Lords of Light, etc., are extensively taught in the upper and lower tantras. Here, it is taught in the tantra of the One Accomplished Manjushri Hero, the lord of the Tathagata family. The nature of the deity abides in the family of wealth deities, but ultimately, it is one in essence with the limitless qualities of all the Buddhas. However, it appears as the leader of a myriad of male and female Yakshas. Merely remembering him will cause a great rain of inexhaustible wealth, grain, food, clothing, and other desired enjoyments to fall, temporarily eliminating all the suffering of poverty, and ultimately perfecting the perfection of generosity, thereby bestowing the wealth of supreme enlightenment.
