The instruction for practice is as follows: In an instant, visualize the great peacock queen, the queen of vidyā mantras, on the crown of my head, with a green body, the right hand in the supreme generosity mudra, and the left hand holding a peacock feather. Recite the mantra, and when a session is completed, visualize it dissolving into the crown of the head. First, perform the approach practice, and then accomplish all activities. The fourth activity of this practice is that constantly reciting it will transform a life that is about to end into one that lives for a hundred years. The instruction for this is to visualize the great peacock queen holding a vase of longevity in her left hand, thinking that she is bestowing empowerment upon me with the nectar of wisdom. At the end of the session, visualize it dissolving into the crown of the head, thinking that one has become supremely long-lived. The eleventh activity of this practice is that bathing with the vase will result in having a living son. The method for this is to fill a clean vase with water, and inside it, visualize the great peacock queen on top of a lotus arising from Hūṃ（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）, and a moon arising from A（藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）. At this time, wishing to practice the accomplishment, one should rise from bed in the early morning before the sound of crows is heard. First, go for refuge and generate bodhicitta. On top of a lotus and moon mandala on one's own crown, light radiates from the green Mo, offering to the noble ones and benefiting sentient beings. It gathers back and completely transforms into the great peacock queen, the queen of vidyā mantras, with a green body, one face, two arms, a smiling face, the right hand in the protection-giving mudra holding a peacock feather, the left hand in the meditation mudra holding a vase filled with the nectar of immortal wisdom, seated in the vajra posture, adorned with precious jewels and various silks. At her heart, on top of a moon mandala, is a green Maṃ（藏文：མཾ་，梵文天城体：मं，梵文罗马拟音：maṃ，汉语字面意思：芒）. Light radiates from it, inviting an immeasurable stream of immortal wisdom nectar from the hearts of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. It dissolves into the Mo syllable at her heart. Pray, "May the Bhagavati grant me all the accomplishments of immortal life." After praying in this way, a stream of nectar flows from her.

Descent. The body of the Bhagavati is filled, dripping from all the pores of the hair. Entering from the crown of one's head, dissolving into the heart. Think that the entire body is filled with the nectar of immortality. Recite "Om Amara Ni Ziva Daye Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ अमरणि जिवन्ति ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amāraṇi jīvanti ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Immortal, Life, Ye, Svaha)" without distraction, reciting it a thousand times.
