如果在马等身上完全念诵后涂抹，就会处于不变的自性中。对于疾病和邪魔等各种损害，如果系上少女编织的咒语结，就能平息。如果早晨经常念诵，即使寿命已尽，也能活到百岁。用红母牛的酥油和芝麻进行火供，可以平息疾病和邪魔等一切。\ 对于任何有益的药物或诃子，用特别赞颂的药饮，可以完全从一切疾病中解脱。在器皿中倒入酥油和水，对清洗一百次的酥油不断地进行特别赞颂，涂抹在生病的肢体上，就会恢复自性。特别是对于头部疾病，赞颂芝麻油后涂抹，就会恢复自性。对于不想感觉到的剧毒疮，赞颂水后洒之，就会痊愈。对于“斯哈”（spyi ha）即肿瘤的疾病，将枇杷等任何水果放在肿瘤上，然后用刀切割，就能切除“斯哈”。“尼古那迪”（ནི་རྒུ་ན་དྷི་，梵文天城体：निरगुण्ठि，梵文罗马拟音：nirguṇṭhi，汉语字面意思：无盖）即所谓的“定聚”，如果能找到辛达拉树的根，或者找不到就用蜀葵的根和楝树的根，以及孔雀的尾羽，即被称为“树木尸婆”（ཤིང་མ་སྤུར་ཤི་བཱ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）的孔雀头冠一起混合。念诵一百零八遍后用其烟熏，就能消除一日热病、二日热病、三日热病、四日热病等，并且能消除鬼神、食肉鬼、梵天、罗刹等。如果失去孩子的妇女被鬼缠身，想要从鬼缠中解脱并增添子嗣，用念诵一百零八遍的宝瓶水沐浴，就能拥有活着的孩子。\ 在纸上用藏红花书写的咒语，佩戴在颈项或手臂上，就能保护胎儿。忆念咒语后，手持白幡进入战场，就能获得胜利，用孔雀翎等物擦拭，就能消除一切疾病。以上出自《文殊勇士独部成就续》第一品。第二品是，第十三个秘密咒语： 嗡 阿玛拉尼 济万底 耶 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amarāṇi jīvanti ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：）。

Offering clarified butter from a red cow and sesame seeds in a fire puja will pacify all diseases and demons.\ A specially praised medicinal drink made from a medicine that is beneficial for any disease, or from arura, will completely liberate you from all diseases. Pour clarified butter and water into a vessel, and continuously praise the clarified butter that has been washed a hundred times. Applying it to the affected limbs will restore their nature. In particular, for head diseases, praise sesame oil and apply it, and it will restore its nature. For venomous sores that you do not want to feel, praise water and sprinkle it, and it will heal. For "Spiha," that is, tumor diseases, place any fruit such as quince on the tumor, and then cut it with a knife, and you will be able to cut off the "Spiha." "Nirgunthi," that is, the so-called "Definite Heap," if you can find the root of the Sindala tree, or if you cannot find it, use the root of the marshmallow and the root of the neem tree, and the tail feathers of the peacock, that is, the peacock crest known as "Tree Shiva," mix them together. Fumigate with incense that has been praised one hundred and eight times, and it will eliminate one-day fever, two-day fever, three-day fever, four-day fever, etc., and it will eliminate spirits, flesh-eaters, Brahma, Rakshasas, etc. If a woman who has lost a child is possessed by a spirit, and wants to be liberated from the spirit and increase her offspring, bathe with water from a vase that has been praised one hundred and eight times, and she will have a living child.\ A mantra written on paper with saffron, worn around the neck or arm, will protect the fetus. Remembering the mantra, holding a white banner and entering the battlefield, you will gain victory, and wiping with peacock feathers, etc., will eliminate all diseases. This is from the first chapter of the Tantra of the Accomplishment of Manjushri, the Single Hero.
