From the remaining water that surges upwards, the five Buddha families, such as Akshobhya, adorn the crown. Also, please be pleased to make offerings with the goddesses, flower maidens, etc., emanated from the heart of the noble lady. "Om Vajra Putte Ah Hum," etc. Nevidye, you are seated in the western direction of the mandala, or visualize yourselves as seated there, and for the sake of mantra recitation lineage, please visualize in this way. Generate strong reverence towards the master, thinking of them as the actual noble lady. By doing so, from the seed syllable and mantra garland in the heart, an inconceivable mantra garland arises, like coral strung together. It emerges from the mouth of the master. From it, rays of light radiate, and from the hearts of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, heroes and yoginis of the ten directions, invite the non-dual wisdom and all blessings in the form of a mantra garland. That which is inseparable from the mantra garland that emerges from the master's mouth enters your mouths, which have become the body of the noble lady. Visualize the seed syllable in the heart surrounded by red, swirling mantras in a counter-clockwise direction, and then recite this mantra three times. After reciting, begin reciting "Om Sam Ma." To stabilize this, the master places their left hand, holding a vajra, on the crown of your heads and blesses you by reciting the mantra. Saying this, place the palms on the crown of the head and recite the mantra. For the sake of the subsequent permission of conduct, visualize yourselves as having transformed into the form of the noble lady, holding nectar in your left hand and a vajra in your right hand. In order to benefit sentient beings, wanting to enter the realm of practice, fly into the sky with the expansion and contraction of the dakinis. Gradually reach the summit of Mana Bhanga and the Auspicious Mountain. Enter the garden where Mandara, Sorrowless, and Complete Gathering are born, and enter the jewel palace with eight peaks.

Perform the bindu while reciting the root mantra. In this way, you have received the wisdom-jñana empowerment in the manner of blessing. For the sake of the fourth empowerment, having understood that all dharmas are without arising or ceasing, and are separated from all extremes of elaboration, please rest in that state for a little while. In this way, you have received the fourth empowerment in the manner of blessing. In the meantime, read the transmission of the sādhana, and afterwards take the vows, offer the thanksgiving mandala, and offer the body and enjoyments as usual. Through these, you have well heard the profound blessing teachings of the venerable Vajrayogini, known as Maitri Khachöd, so please greatly benefit yourself and others. Recite "By this merit" etc., and send the disciples back to their respective places. If there is a tsok offering, it should be done as usual, and enjoy the feast.
