Homage! Thus praise. Then, with single-minded focus on the pride of the deity and the clarity of appearances, diligently meditate until a firm conviction arises that all appearances are the clarity of the deity's manifestation. If this becomes tiresome, then perform recitation: From the nada of the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) at one's heart, a rosary of mantras arises. It goes from the vajra path into the lotus of the consort, and rises upwards from the avadhūti path. It emerges from the consort's mouth and enters one's own mouth. It dissolves into the nada, and then arises again from the nada, continuously revolving, contemplating the wisdom of great bliss arising from samsara, and reciting: Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ) Hī (Tibetan: ཧཱི, Devanagari: ही, Romanized Sanskrit: hī, Literal Chinese meaning: Hī) Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha) Hā (Tibetan: ཧཱ, Devanagari: हा, Romanized Sanskrit: hā, Literal Chinese meaning: Hā) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phaṭ). Recite only these seven syllables. Also, from the nada of the reddish-white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) residing on the moon at one's navel, the outgoing breath arises as the nature of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). From this, emanate countless glorious Heruka fathers and mothers, accomplish the benefit of beings, and enter within, entering with the nature of Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ). Dissolve into the nada, abide, contemplate as the nature of Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ā), and maintain a slightly closed-mouth posture. When concluding the session, pray: Bhagavan, grant me and all sentient beings all the supreme and common siddhis without exception. Thus, request siddhis. One should expand the recollection of purity, or write letters, this is non-dual wisdom. He (Tibetan: ཧེ, Devanagari: हे, Romanized Sanskrit: he, Literal Chinese meaning: He) means that causes, etc., are emptiness, Ru (Tibetan: རུ, Devanagari: रु, Romanized Sanskrit: ru, Literal Chinese meaning: Ru) means devoid of fabrication, and Ka (Tibetan: ཀ, Devanagari: क, Romanized Sanskrit: ka, Literal Chinese meaning: Ka) means not abiding anywhere. Thus, one should remember the purity of the definitive meaning of glorious Heruka, which is the nature of liberation from luminosity, emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness. If desired, offer a torma. When engaging in conduct, regard all containers and contents as a pure palace and deities, and take the three—appearances, sounds, and thoughts—as the nature of the body, speech, and mind of glorious Heruka, and carry them onto the path. The second part has two sections: briefly stating the meaning, and explaining the meaning of the meditation in detail. The first is: In the glorious Cakrasaṃvara Tantra, it says: "All the horses of the moving senses are definitely bound within." This means stopping the winds of conceptual thought that arise outward from the five gates of the eyes, etc., its essence is to gather them back. Also: "Becoming the vessel that gathers all the victorious wisdom, closely approaching the very act of generating the three realms, seeing is like the sky, immaculate, becoming glorious." This means that the appearances of arising and changing, the non-dual wisdom itself, like a mirage.

This is the path of Samadhi that reveals the all-pervading wisdom appearance with signs such as etc. The second part has three: the root object of focus, the branch object of focus, and the summary of meaning. The first part is: As mentioned above, first precede with the recitation of the generation stage. Then, light radiates from the (ཧཱུྃ, Hūṃ, hūṃ, seed syllable) in your heart, and all the outer world of container and contents is absorbed into your body. The consort is also absorbed from the left nostril into your heart. Visualize the guru on the crown of your head, having condensed yourself into a two-armed form, and pray with intense devotion: Please generate the correct Samadhi in my mindstream. Pray like this. Then, visualize the (ཨ, Ā, ā, seed syllable) in the heart forming a moon mandala, about half the size of a pea, and on it visualize your consciousness as a red and white bindu, about the size of a medium mustard seed, and focus on it. Gradually, gently combine the breaths. When you are accustomed to it and the mind is captured, and the mind does not wander elsewhere, and the mind remains one-pointed, then the Samadhi of bliss and clarity will arise. The second part has seven aspects, the first is to focus on eye consciousness and meditate: When you have found a clear and stable appearance on the root object of focus, do the preliminary practices as before. The main practice is to visualize a very tiny white bindu residing on the moon inside the two eyeballs, close your eyes and focus on it. After you are able to focus on it a little, look at various shapes, focus on the bindu, and do not let your mind wander elsewhere. By practicing this, the appearance of the bindu will become clear, and Samadhi will arise on whatever shape you see. When you have gained a little stability on this, absorb the bindu into your heart, and visualize the bindu in your heart as even clearer and more radiant than before. By abiding in equanimity, supreme Samadhi will arise. The second is to focus on ear consciousness and meditate: After that, be interested in the ears, and meditate according to the previous preliminary practices. The main practice is to visualize two blue bindus residing on the moon inside the two ears, and focus on the direction of silence. After you are able to focus on it a little, listen to various sounds, focus on the bindu, and do not let your mind wander elsewhere. By practicing this, the object of focus of the bindu will become clear, and Samadhi will arise on whatever sound you hear. When you have gained a little stability on this, absorb the bindu into the bindu in your heart, making the bindu even more
