Abiding in the state of 'tun,' constantly dwelling in the heart, the single bindu is without letters. If a practitioner meditates on it, it will become the supreme method for generating wisdom. Because this is the meaning of the essential point that was spoken. Therefore, mainly focusing on abandoning other elaborations, single-pointedly abide in the indestructible bindu in the heart, and ultimately, from the knot of the nadi located in the navel, which resembles a curled-up 'Ah' syllable, the flame of tummo arises, flickering like the tongue of a snake. Visualize everything filling and pervading the central channel, apply kumbhaka breath, sealing the mouth and pressing the key points. In the post-meditation period, whatever arises in the appearances of the six consciousnesses, regard all that appears as part of the calculation of the actual experience, and strive to incorporate it into the path. Well-spoken in the tantras, adorned with the experience of accomplishment. Concise in words, profound in meaning, glorious and supreme bliss. Through reliance on the generation and completion stages of the Donkey-Faced One, may all beings become the glorious Heruka!
