The sixteenth is to meditate on the red flame pointing upwards. Meditate on the eight petals of the heart chakra, the four directions being A (Tibetan: ཨཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, literal Chinese meaning: A), I (Tibetan: ཨཱི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ई, Sanskrit Romanization: ī, literal Chinese meaning: I), U (Tibetan: ཨཱུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऊ, Sanskrit Romanization: ū, literal Chinese meaning: U), E (Tibetan: ཨེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, literal Chinese meaning: E). The four corners, starting from the right, are Ya, Ra, La, and Va, with blue color and pointing downwards, this is the seventeenth. Meditate on the inner circle of the throat chakra's petals being A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, literal Chinese meaning: A), I (Tibetan: ཨི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: इ, Sanskrit Romanization: i, literal Chinese meaning: I), U (Tibetan: ཨུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: उ, Sanskrit Romanization: u, literal Chinese meaning: U), E (Tibetan: ཨེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, literal Chinese meaning: E). The outer circle is the twelve vowels excluding Ri (Tibetan: རི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऋ, Sanskrit Romanization: ṛ, literal Chinese meaning: ṛ) and Li (Tibetan: ལི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऌ, Sanskrit Romanization: ḷ, literal Chinese meaning: ḷ), with red color and pointing upwards, this is the eighteenth. Meditate on the crown chakra's petals being the vowel letters twice, with white color and pointing downwards, this is the nineteenth. Visualize a bluish-green crescent-shaped wind wheel at the anus, this is the twentieth. Focus the mind on the Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) at the navel chakra, this is the twenty-first. As the breath goes out, visualize the letters of the chakras gradually from bottom to top. As the breath comes in, visualize them gradually from top to bottom. When staying, pause slightly in the state of dissolving into the Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) at the navel chakra. Thus, there are twenty-two stages of visualization in the lineage. The standard of completion is that the three channels and six chakras appear clearly in the mind. The second is the order of practicing mantras, the inner mantra is the A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) of the navel chakra, the order is to gradually combine the letters of one's own chakra and the Tathagata's chakra, until the burning, melting, and generation are all complete. The method of practice is to rely on the four wheels of Tummo. First, clearly visualize the three channels and four chakras with their letters according to the lineage order, then in the space in front, visualize the essence of all Buddhas, the root guru, Bhagavan, appearing as the form of Chakrasamvara. Holding the breath, use the lower wind, thereby moving the wind wheel at the anus, its wind causes the letter Ksha (Tibetan: ཀྵ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, literal Chinese meaning: Ksha) to burn like fire, going out from the Roma channel. Thus, the navel chakra and all the letters burn like red-hot iron, and visualize the letter Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) burning like fire, this is the first stage of visualization. Again, going out from the Roma channel, burn the heart chakra, this is the second. Again, going out from the Roma channel, burn the throat chakra, this is the third. Again, going out from the Roma channel, burn the crown chakra, this is the fourth. Again, passing through the Roma channel, going out from the right nostril, the Chakrasamvara wheel in front passes from the right nostril, causing the four wheels of the body to universally melt, gather the nectar, come out from the left nostril, enter one's own left nostril, passing through the left channel,

That fire goes from the central channel. Tenth, destroy the ཨོཾ (oṃ) of the throat. Eleventh, touch the ཧཾ (haṃ) of the crown and burn it. Pass through in sequence. Go from the golden gate of the eyebrows. Go back and forth in the Tathāgata lineage. Nectar arises and enters from the crown Jālandhara. Seventeenth, nourish the chakra and letters between the throat, heart, and navel chakra, focus on the burning and dripping there, and contemplate. That is the seventeenth. Thus, in the mantra sequence, there are seventeen contemplation cycles. The measure of reaching the end is that throbbing and shaking, etc., occur. Third, the sequence of arising wisdom is: Wisdom is experiencing co-emergent wisdom at the end of the sixteen joys. The sequence is from contemplating bliss in the vajra jewel to contemplating bliss in the ūrṇā. The way to practice is: Having practiced the tummo contemplation of the mantra sequence, including going back and forth in the Tathāgata lineage once. Then, without going back and forth in the Tathāgata lineage, the tummo burns between the ཧཾ (haṃ) of the crown, causing the ཧཾ (haṃ) to melt into nectar. Dissolving into the ཨོཾ (oṃ) of the throat. One contemplation cycle.
