于本尊前，观想自他一切有情以身语意三门唯一趋入而皈依。我等同虚空般的有情众生，从此时起直至证得菩提果之间，皈依恩重如山的根本及传承具德上师。皈依本尊坛城之诸尊。皈依圆满佛陀。皈依神圣之法。皈依圣贤僧众。皈依具足空行护法智慧眼者。如是尽力念诵。发心为：为了一切有情众生之利益，愿获得圆满正等觉果位。为此，我等当修持甚深之道。念诵三遍。依此威力，一切有情得安乐等，修持四无量心。最后，观想皈依境刹那间化光融入自他一切有情，加持相续。金刚萨埵修法念诵：于自身顶上莲花月轮之上，由（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字化为白色五股金刚杵，其中心以（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字标帜。由此放光，聚集融化，化为吉祥金刚萨埵，身色洁白，手持金刚杵和铃，与佛母金刚慢母白色持钺刀颅器，双运。双足以金刚跏趺坐姿安住。以丝绸、骨饰和珍宝为饰，身具相好之光辉，三处以三字标帜，放光迎请智慧尊。（藏文：ཛཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ༔） （梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：扎 吽 旺 霍）融为无二无别。祈请世尊，请清净我与一切有情之罪障、恶业与过患。如是祈请后，从双运处及身降下甘露之流。从自身顶梵穴流入。充满身体内部。所有疾病、邪魔、罪障皆得清净。念诵黑汝嘎百字明和（藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 班杂 萨埵 吽）尽力念诵。最后如共同忏悔仪轨般忏悔。观想金刚萨埵父母化光融入自身。上师瑜伽：观想自身刹那间化为胜乐金刚，于前方虚空中，狮子座莲花日月垫上，由（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字化为蓝色金刚杵。

In front of the deity, visualize that all sentient beings, self and others, take refuge with the single entry of body, speech, and mind. All sentient beings, equal to the sky, including myself, from this moment until reaching the essence of enlightenment, take refuge in the glorious and precious root and lineage gurus. Take refuge in the deities of the mandala. Take refuge in the perfect Buddhas. Take refuge in the sacred Dharma. Take refuge in the noble Sangha. Take refuge in the Dakinis and Dharma protectors who possess the eye of wisdom. Recite as much as possible. The generation of Bodhicitta: For the benefit of all sentient beings, may I attain the state of perfect Buddhahood. For that purpose, I will practice the profound path. Recite three times. Through that power, may all sentient beings have happiness, etc. Meditate on the four immeasurables. Finally, visualize that all the objects of refuge dissolve into light and merge into all sentient beings, self and others, blessing the continuum. Vajrasattva meditation and recitation: On the lotus and moon seat on the crown of my head, from the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) arises a white five-pronged vajra, marked in its center by the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From this, light radiates, gathers, and transforms into glorious Vajrasattva, whose body is white, holding a vajra and bell, in union with the consort Vajradhatvishvari, white, holding a curved knife and skull cup. Both are seated in vajra and lotus posture. Adorned with silk, bone ornaments, and jewels, blazing with the light of marks and signs, the three places are marked with three syllables, from which light radiates, inviting the wisdom beings. (Tibetan: ཛཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ༔) (Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ja Hum Vam Hoh) They merge inseparably. I pray to the Bhagavan, please purify all the sins, obscurations, wrongdoings, and downfalls of myself and all sentient beings. After praying in this way, a stream of nectar descends from the union and body. It enters from the Brahma's aperture on the crown of my head. It fills the entire inside of the body. All diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations are purified. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra of Heruka and (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Vajrasattva Hum) as much as possible. Finally, confess and take vows as in the common practice. Visualize that Vajrasattva father and mother dissolve into light and merge into oneself. Guru Yoga: Visualize oneself instantly as Hevajra, and in the space in front, on a lion throne, lotus, sun, and moon seat, from the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) arises a blue vajra.

The crown is marked with a five-petaled Hūṃ. From that, light radiates, gathers, and merges, from which the root guru Vajradhara, with a blue body, holding a vajra and bell, embraces his own light-mother. Adorned with silk, bone ornaments, and precious jewels, peaceful and smiling, complete with the marks and signs, clearly appearing, with Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ) at the crown, Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ) at the throat, and Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) at the heart. From that, light radiates, inviting all worthy of offering. Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (藏文：ཛཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：जः हुं बं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ)! Merging inseparably. To the guru, the embodiment of all refuge! I respectfully prostrate and offer. I confess and repent of all sins, obscurations, and wrongdoings. I rejoice in all merits. I request you to turn the wheel of Dharma and remain. I dedicate the accumulation of virtue to the great enlightenment. May all beings quickly attain Buddhahood!
