That should be done. Who can see the pure ground? Because it is the basis of all dharmas, Therefore, there is the nature of the cessation truth. If it is not the cause and condition of all, In the supreme Golden Light Sutra it is also said: Depending on the Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya arises, And from that, the Nirmanakaya emanates. I say that all beings arise from me, I pervade all this, I have not seen the different nature of beings. As it is said, in other tantras it is also said: The actor works for the benefit of all sentient beings, Benefiting sentient beings, making them happy, The creator of various forms, The one who teaches the supreme three vehicles. In that non-mundane King of Tantras, Wasn't the name of the ultimate truth spoken? The perfect Dharma should not be slandered. Your profound emptiness, Is it the same as or different from space? If it is the same, then there should be the function of space. If it is different, then because it is not emptiness, This Dharma should become real. If even space does not exist, Then what do the elements such as earth rely on? Because others are the basis, space exists. Likewise, Dharma should also exist. Existence itself is not a fault, clinging to existence is a fault. Permanence is not a fault, clinging to permanence is a fault. Reality is not a fault, clinging to reality is a fault. Appearance is not a fault, attachment is a fault. If all appearances are faults, Then all non-existence cannot be refuted. Therefore, refute attachment! It is a fault to cling to something as gold when it is not gold, What is the fault of knowing it is good gold? It is a fault to eat poison instead of food, What is the fault of eating excellent food? It is a fault to meet an enemy instead of a friend, What is the fault of meeting a friend? It is a fault to cling to a demon as a human when it is not a human, What is the fault of seeing a real human? It is a fault to see falsehood instead of truth, What is the fault of seeing truth? It is a fault to seek refuge in a ghost instead of a refuge, What is the fault of relying on an excellent refuge? It is a fault to cling to something as self when it is not self, What is the fault of realizing the supreme self? If the self-nature does not exist, Even so, it is the lord of beings, It is the most supreme among the lords of all tantras, It is the lord of the all-pervading five wisdoms, It is the lord of the five Buddhas, possessing a crown, It is the sole lord of the solid vajra, It is the lord of beings as soon as he is born, It is the lord of space, showing various things, It is the lord of all Buddhas, the most excellent thing, It is the lord of the Tathagatagarbha, the lord of purity, It is the lord of the immovable, the most joyful, It is knowledge and the object of knowledge.

Supreme Lord! The main benefactor of Dharma! As it is said in other commentaries on the tantras: The explainer is also me, the Dharma is also me, the listener with my own retinue is also me, the object to be accomplished by the world's teacher is also me, the mundane and the supramundane are also me, the co-emergent lord and the nature are also me. The "I" that is spoken of is not self-grasping, and the many "selves" that are spoken of are also not self-grasping, so what is the intention of all the words? If the self does not exist, then (it is said that) beings are like headless people. In other sutras and tantras, have you seen the supreme self that is spoken of? If you have not seen it, please look; if you have seen it, please contemplate its meaning. If you say that what is said is provisional meaning, then what evidence is there to prove that it is without error? What is said in the tantras is provisional meaning, so it would be strange if it were certain that it (the definitive meaning) exists. Or what fault is there in provisional meaning? All that the Buddhas have said, is it not for the sake of guiding beings into the other twenty-five knowledges, is it not for the sake of guiding beings? Because it is not taught to worldly people, they will not think of all arising. After going to Varanasi, he said, "I turned the wheel of Dharma." All the words that are spoken are merely provisional meaning, the existence of the things spoken of is definitive meaning. Or are provisional meaning and definitive meaning not determined by mutual dependence? Nirvana is the path, and cessation is certain. The three vehicles are certain from arising, and the one vehicle abides in the result. Is what is said to abide not also an action? Eight unconditioned phenomena are spoken of, and nine perfectly established phenomena are also spoken of. Although they are said to be things, they are not things; although they are said to be accomplished, they are not accomplished. Most of what is said will become false, and even if scriptural authority is spoken, it will become empty. If the Buddhas speak falsely, then where can we find a refuge that is not deceptive? Because only the truth is spoken, it is the same for all. If there is a self, then how can we refute the self that is assumed by outsiders? It is true, but it is not the same. The aggregates of consciousness, the person, and the self, the aggregates and the self, and between the self and the aggregates, is it not confusion that arises from self-grasping? Aggregates, self, other, truth, and falsehood must be distinguished. In the other twenty-five knowledges, determining conclusions and so on must be distinguished from mistaken appearances. With my own intelligence, for the person, examine whether there are any contradictory faults. If the self is all-pervasive, then how can the other things that I possess, the aggregates and so on, be suffering?
