As needed. If self is permanent and singular, how can it be that happiness, suffering, and other conditions cannot change its appearance? If self arises as awareness, how can it be deceived and regretful due to sleep, delusion, confusion, and so on? Although there are many other faults, what harm can be caused to other supreme selves? What proof is seen to establish non-self? What is seen to become things, etc.? Is birth seen, or is destruction seen? Is increase seen, or is decrease seen? Is arising seen, or is passing away seen? Is flourishing seen, or is declining seen? In reality, what can obstruct or harm the tenets of the Buddha? If it could, the Buddha would not be wise, and the followers would also become mistaken. Therefore, that attachment cannot be prevented. Form is emptiness, emptiness is form, other than form there is no emptiness, other than emptiness there is no form. They are not existent apart from forms, etc., because they are inseparable from emptiness. Therefore, if emptiness has no meaning, the ultimate truth is not emptiness. If emptiness alone is the ultimate truth, then all conventional truths would become ultimate truths, because emptiness exists in all things. If truth is also emptiness, then because of emptiness, the essence would not exist. If there is no essence, it contradicts the ultimate truth. Therefore, even if it exists, it is truth itself. Truths are also existence itself. If it is not existence, it is truth, because there is no truth other than existence. If it is not truth, it is not existence, because there is no existence other than truth. The profound nature of dependent origination, not existing in causes, all beings, because they are tormented by suffering, etc. If you ask, "Why are they not knowledgeable, compassionate, and powerful?" The form body that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and powerful, while looking at beings with compassion, why are all beings helpless and suffering? While food and other things exist on the earth, why are pretas hungry and thirsty without food? The sun that can dispel cold, while existing in the visible sky, why are people completely freezing? All the medicines that can cure diseases, and skilled doctors, at the bedside, while existing, why do patients die? Under the ground in the caves of the poor, while treasures exist, why are they poor? Even though the king of gods sends down rain, like bad seeds that cannot sprout, even though the Buddhas have come, those without merit do not experience goodness. For those who do not have faith, good

Such dharmas do not arise, just as when a seed is burned by fire, a green sprout does not arise. As it is said, in the victorious tantras as well: All sentient beings are themselves Buddhas, however, they are obscured by sudden stains. Are such things not mentioned? It has been said, it has been said, all you noble ones, please understand and contemplate well, please speak and practice, please receive and fully explain.
