From... onwards, it is the power of peaceful (ཞི༷་བ༷, zhi ba, peaceful) and pure (ད༷ག་, dag, pure) wisdom (མཁྱེ༷ན་པ༷, mkhyen pa, wisdom) to pacify the afflictions of oneself and others, and to realize without obstruction all aspects of the exhaustion of outflows. Thus, in accordance with one's own continuum, the ten aspects of the power to overcome what is to be abandoned are the manifest destruction of the four maras, the opposing forces of oneself and others. That is what it says. What is to be ascertained by symbolic examples is that the power of knowing cause and effect, what is and is not, and the power of possessing karma and its maturation, and the power of knowing the various dispositions or lineages of those to be tamed, and the power of knowing the various different paths of travel, and the power of knowing the various inclinations or thoughts of sentient beings, and the power of knowing whether the faculties, such as faith, of those to be tamed are superior or not, and the power of knowing the distinctions between meditative stabilizations and attainments, etc., which are afflicted and purified, and the power of the supernormal faculty of recollecting past lives, and the power of knowing death and birth with the divine eye, and the power of knowing the manner in which one's own and others' outflows are exhausted, etc., with their respective opposing forces, such as not knowing, the obscurations are like strong armor, and like a strong wall, and like a dense forest, etc., in order to pierce, destroy, and cut them down in sequence. What are the ten powers of a king? Those are like the real substance of a vajra. That is to say, as will be explained, the first six powers, such as knowing what is and is not, are like a vajra because they pierce the obscuration of knowledge, which is like strong armor. Knowing meditative stabilizations, etc., and recollecting past lives, and the three powers of the supernormal faculty of the divine eye are like a vajra because they destroy the obscuration of meditative absorption, which is like a strong wall. The one power of knowing the exhaustion of outflows is like a vajra because it cuts down the obscuration of afflictions, which is like a dense forest. That is what it says. There are two kinds of fearlessness:

The nature of the meaning is determined, and it is determined by analogy. There are two meanings. The nature is: Previously, also, by means of an equal mind, without stinginess, teaching the Dharma, starting from one's own benefit, with regard to suchness and all that exists, in the manner of directly realizing all the Dharmas, promising oneself to manifestly realize complete enlightenment, this is the first fearlessness. Previously, also, not relying on obstructing dharmas, starting from the benefit of others, with regard to the obstacles to attaining liberation, afflictions such as desire, promising that they must be eliminated, this is the second fearlessness of teaching all obstructing dharmas. Previously, also, entering the path of purifying faith in white dharmas, starting from the benefit of others, with regard to the three vehicles of definitely emerging from samsara, this is the third fearlessness of teaching all paths. Previously, also, without arrogance, teaching the Dharma, starting from one's own benefit, promising to obtain the cessation of exhausting all that should be abandoned, this is the fourth fearlessness. Thus, starting from the four meanings, vowing to be a supreme leader. Roaring the lion's roar in the assembly. Turning the wheel of Dharma in the place of Brahma, for those ascetics, Brahmins, gods, demons, Brahmas, etc., who are arrogant with austerity, lineage, enjoyment, ability, and detachment, whoever refutes in accordance with the Dharma, or correctly sees the signs of refutation, in order to obtain bodily comfort, fearless speech, and fearless mind, the four fearlessnesses of the Buddhas are like this. The above. The function is: Relying on obtaining the four fearlessnesses, starting from the benefit of oneself and others, with regard to the objects to be known, all aspects such as suffering, promising that oneself has known them. And in order for others to also know, teaching the knowable dharmas, all dharmas such as suffering. With regard to the objects to be abandoned, the arising of karma and afflictions, etc., promising that oneself has abandoned them. And in order for others to also abandon, teaching all the dharmas of the obstructing arising.
