Tengyel! By circumambulating and making offerings to the stupa of power, the four kinds of devoted assemblies gather, power is accumulated, and wishes are fulfilled. By making offerings and circumambulating the stupa of wrathful deities, the aeon of war and weapons is pacified into the expanse. By circumambulating and honoring the stupa of peace, diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and the malevolent minds of gods and demons are pacified. The central stupa is the palace of the wish-fulfilling jewel, the body, speech, and mind hidden by the accomplished masters, and the relics and the enlightened minds of the bodhisattvas. By the power of the relics that have arisen, fully filled with offerings, circumambulation, and well-made prayers, the misfortunes and adversities of beings are completely eliminated. Desires are spontaneously fulfilled, rivaling the wish-fulfilling tree. Besides these, the one hundred and eight stupas were built by Chinese artisans, renovated by Indian and Tibetan pandits, and consecrated with flowers. Bodhisattvas who have attained the bhumis bestow blessings, and each one contains vase treasures, relics, and dharanis to dispel the decline of the times. The benefits of each one are beyond words. Therefore, pray with faith, devotion, and aspiration. The Chinese ghosts and demons that destroy the country, and the hosts of oath-breakers who hate auspicious glory, the remedy for destructive spirits, under the stupa, the oath-bound mantra practitioners suppress them with phurba practice. The hostility of the weapons of war from the four directions is also subdued. The secret circumambulation path, Jowo Rinpoche, seeing the meaningful support and supported, with a faithful mind, by prostrating and circumambulating, one obtains the benefit of reciting ten billion manis. Even seeing it once when gathered at this sacred place, one has the benefit of reciting one hundred million manis. Whoever circumambulates this Jowo, in the next five hundred lives will become a Chakravartin king. Whoever offers water to this Jowo, clears the faults of the confused wisdom stream and attains clarity and emptiness. Whoever offers flowers to this Jowo, obtains meaningful power in the next life and a desirable body like a deva. Whoever offers incense to this Jowo, obtains a hundredfold pure and stainless discipline. Whoever offers lamps to this Jowo, clears the defects of the senses and becomes like a lamp. Whoever offers perfume to this Jowo, clears the sudden defects of afflictions and increases wisdom. Whoever offers food to this Jowo, purifies the obscuration of miserliness and obtains food of a hundred tastes. Who made the offering? May the fault of stinginess be removed and the armor of patience be attained. Who offered the mandala to this Jowo? May you meet an inexhaustible treasure of jewels. Who touched their forehead to this Jowo? May you conquer enemies and attain the victory banner of the victorious ones. Proclaim the consecration and auspiciousness for this Jowo! May auspiciousness and goodness increase from beginning to end! In short, by prostrating, circumambulating, and making offerings in this place; by performing rituals, practicing Dharma, purifying obscurations, and giving charity, whatever virtuous deeds are accomplished, they will increase a thousandfold, a millionfold, a billionfold, and a trillionfold. Therefore, past karma and immediate obstacles will be purified. The ten non-virtuous actions and the five near-unpardonable sins; the four heavy offenses and the eight wrong views; the vows of individual liberation, the Bodhisattva vows, and the Mantrayana vows; all violations and faults of these vows, all karmic obscurations and habitual tendencies will be purified and eliminated. In the future, may you be reborn in the Pure Lands of Manifest Joy and Great Bliss. Because it is the truth, the noble ones who have generated Bodhicitta have not limited the benefits of virtue. The deities and lamas have shown their faces and given prophecies, and the dakinis of the self-arisen realm have given symbolic messages. Urged by the attendants who have karmic connections, from the space of the three kayas' wisdom, the creation of letters was led to the path of drawings. Although the biographies of the place's owners, gatekeepers, substances, symbols, mandalas, and blessed water are extensively described, in short, I will not elaborate, wise ones will understand. May the three oath-bound mother goddesses who protect this place, and the outer and inner gatekeepers, Zhakdra Lhatse, etc., uphold and spread this command, Samaya! Here it is said: Although useless people like me are abundant on earth, there are many collections that are not treasures but resemble treasures. Although many works deceive beings, and although they show prophecies that are not wisdom but resemble wisdom, this current praise of the sacred place, the sound of the conch shell, is not a false Dharma that deceives beings, but a virtuous spiritual friend who shows the path to liberation. If the meaning and benefits of the history are not explained, most ignorant and foolish people will also perceive faults in the profound secret teachings. Therefore, this is the entrance to faith, not being deceived by the appearances of the eight worldly concerns, but being accomplished by the power of pure altruism. By this virtue, may all sentient beings equal to the sky be liberated from the city of suffering samsara, and in the future, in the Pure Land of Oddiyana Khechara Great Bliss, may I achieve oneness with them!
