By reciting this mantra, visualize yourself as Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka, complete with all the aspects of body, hand gestures, implements, ornaments, and attire, and pray for blessings. Recite Akro once again. By reciting this, as a sign of blessing, visualize within the cavity of your skull the deity of the body, the Blessed One Vairocana, with a white body and holding a wheel. Recite the mantra once. By reciting this, visualize at the heart of Vairocana, in the center of the wheel, a white Oṃ surrounded by seventeen Akros. Through this, abandoning the ordinary body, the deity's form, inseparable from emptiness, is accomplished. Kāya Siddhi Oṃ. Place the nectar on the tongue. Oṃ Kāla Rūpa Hūṃ Phaṭ. By this, pray that your speech is blessed as the speech of Mañjuśrī. Recite the mantra once. As a sign of blessing, visualize on the lotus of the tongue the deity of speech, Amitābha, with a red body and holding a lotus. Recite the mantra once. Visualize at the heart of Amitābha, in the center of the lotus, the mantra of Kāla Rūpa surrounding it, shining brightly. Through this, abandoning ordinary speech, the deity's speech, inseparable from sound and emptiness, is accomplished. Vāka Siddhi Āḥ. Give the nectar. Oṃ Hrīḥ Ṣṭi Vīkritāna Nana Hūṃ Phaṭ. By this, pray that your mind is blessed as the mind of Mañjuśrī. Recite the mantra once. As a sign of blessing, visualize at the heart the Vajra of Mind, Akṣobhya, with a blue body, holding a vajra in his right hand and a bell in his left, leaning on his hip. Recite the mantra once. Visualize at the heart of Akṣobhya, in the center of the vajra, a blue Hūṃ surrounded by the mantra of Hrīḥ Ṣṭi, rotating to the right. Through this, abandoning the ordinary mind, the deity's mind, inseparable from awareness and emptiness, is accomplished. Citta Siddhi Hūṃ. Give the nectar. From the seed syllables of the triple Bodhicitta, various rays of light emanate, passing through the channels of the spine, emerging from the throat, coming out of the left nostril, emanating from the space between the eyebrows, and reaching the Brahma aperture. Through the blessing, may the stream of bodhicitta flow to the crown of your heads and descend as nectar. Place the skullcup nectar in the five places on the head. Recite five times: Jñānapañca abhiṣiñca hūṃ. Having received the empowerment of the support, visualize that within the five jeweled houses on the head, the five Buddha families, male and female, with Akṣobhya as the main one, reside. Oṃ mahāśūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ. Oṃ mahādarśajñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ. Oṃ mahāsamātājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ. Oṃ mahāpratyavekṣaṇajñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ. Oṃ mahākṛtyanuṣṭhājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ. Speak the truth. Visualize that the eight consciousness aggregates and the five afflictions are naturally liberated, purified in their unabandoned state, and empowered into the nature of the five great wisdoms. Then, focus on the actual empowerment of the arrogant ones as follows: In the southern corner of the great maṇḍala of the pre-existing Yama Dharmarāja, visualize the chief planet (Rāhu) surrounded by millions of Monpa people. In the northeast, visualize the chief goddess Remati surrounded by millions of Monpa women. In the northwest, visualize one chief Balmo (Nepalese sorceress) surrounded by millions of Balmo women. Clearly visualize the eight classes of messengers and oath-bound servants surrounding all three of them. Visualize yourself as Yamāntaka, and from your heart, rays of light like iron hooks emanate, effortlessly hooking these three oath-bound ones, causing them to circle around you, inseparable from the deity. Recite: Oṃ! The great pervader, all-pervading. Etc., send the urging of the three classes. Through the urging, visualize Mañjuśrī saying, "What do you want me to do?" and trembling before you. Take the kīla (ritual dagger) from the southwest. Visualize the kīla transforming into the supreme son of Yama Rāja, dark blue, holding a vajra club in his right hand and a wheel in his left. Recite: Akro. Visualize the body blazing with splendor. Recite: Kāla. Visualize the speech emitting the sound of fierce mantras. Recite: Hriḥṣṭi. Visualize the mind perfected in great wisdom. After blessing in this way, give it to the disciple. Visualize receiving the power of the guru's fierce mantra and repeat after this: Rāhura latrig. Suri tsotor. The Monpa assembly dwelling in the southern corner of Mount Sumeru, act as protectors of this great lord of yoga! Act as male servants! Act as workers! Act as slaves! If you do not act in this way, you will break your own vows. Then, the Bhagavan Yamantaka and the supreme son Yamaraja will extract your life from the core of your hearts and you will experience great suffering. You shake that clear phurba Yamaraja, and the Monpa assembly becomes very frightened and says, 'Please command what to do!' Meditate that they are standing trembling. Raise the tip of the phurba upwards, take a piece from the southwest of the glorious torma, and lift it up, reciting the above subjugation mantra. Offer "Balingta Khahe Khahi" three times, and contemplate that they accept and are satisfied, and perform the work as commanded. After that, bless the excellent phurba in the northeast, and repeat the mantra. Homage! Mon women dwelling in the northeastern corner of the great Mount Sumeru. Thus dispatch, changing male servants etc. to: Act as female servants! Act as butcher women! Act as maids! Thus transform. Except for taking a piece from the northeast of the glorious torma, everything else is done as before. Then bless the sandalwood phurba in the northwest, and repeat the mantra. Homage! Nepalese women dwelling in the northwestern corner of the great Mount Sumeru. Thus transform, and everything else is done like the Mon women. Then you contemplate yourself as Yamantaka, your body very clear, generating firm pride. Entrust the supports into their hands, and let those arrogant ones become obedient, command-obeying slaves. Entrust the khyer phurba and tsakali in the southwest into their hands. Hum! Great planet demon Rahula, body color smoky, nine heads, upper body is human, lower body is a snake. Right hand holds bow and arrow, left hand holds snake lasso. Mount is a great dragon with its mouth open. Having received the empowerment of the king of planets, may the planet demon be sent to work! This supreme substance of the fierce fire homa, able to burn all discriminations, sins, and obscurations, as well as enemies and obstacles and afflictions, may you obtain the supreme and sacred power! Agneye Abhisinca Hum. Truthful words. Through the empowerment of the fierce fire homa, may you obtain the power to burn discriminations, sins, and obscurations, as well as enemies and obstacles and afflictions, into ashes! Hand over the suppressing Mount Meru. Hum! Suppress under the majestic Mount Meru, hand over to the hand of Yama Raja, throw into the depths of the great ocean, may you suppress malicious enemies and obstacles! Om Nagpo Ti Pa Raksha Lam Nan.
