Recite three times and hold it at the heart. Visualize the bell as non-existent. From HWA, a bell arises, transforming into the nature of the mandala deity. Recite: OM VAJRA GHANTE HUM. Ring it and hold the left hand at the waist. Visualize the small drum as non-existent. From KE, the mandala of skillful means and wisdom, sun and moon, arises, marked with Ali and Kali. Recite: OM VAJRA DHARMA KE KE HUM. Ring it, and visualize that with the sound of dharmata, all the Tathagatas are awakened, and invoke blessings with music. Although these will be explained later, they are mentioned here for the sake of the connection of practice. Then, the actual ritual is divided into three parts: preliminary, main part, and subsequent activities. First, the preliminary includes: demarcation, confession, opening the mudra gate, mudra, vows, invoking blessings, and blessing. These are the seven branches. 祈请。念诵是殊胜语的自性，对于数量不足，祈请宽恕。供品是盛大供具的自性，对于供具资具微少，祈请宽恕。增减是广大事业的自性，对于未明晰禅定，祈请宽恕。祈请宽恕，祈请赐予清净。因为和合的誓言物没有如仪备办，虽然不悦意，也不欢喜降临，但以誓言力，请您垂念我，为了守护教法，请诛杀我的仇敌。我也不忘，铭记您的恩德，不会忘记，向您献上酬谢。请勿舍弃，迅速成办事业。因为不具自明智慧之心，所以征兆和验相没有迅速显现，对于阎摩罗阇的心意有所违背之处，祈请文殊及其眷属宽恕。如是忏悔后，以 ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）将忏悔处融入自身。第三是开启象征之门，思维从清净不净显现执着，于自性任运成就之坛城，由四智之门进入。

I beseech. Recitation is the nature of the sublime speech, please forgive the lack of quantity. Offerings are the nature of great offerings, please forgive the smallness of offerings and resources. Increase and decrease are the nature of vast activities, please forgive the lack of clarity in meditation. Please forgive, please grant purity. Because the harmonious samaya substances are not prepared according to the scriptures, although it is not pleasing and you are not happy to descend, but by the power of the vow, please have compassion on me, and for the sake of protecting the Dharma, please slay my enemies. I will not forget, remembering your kindness, I will not forget, I offer you gratitude. Please do not abandon, quickly accomplish the activities. Because I do not have the mind of self-awareness and wisdom, the signs and omens have not appeared quickly, and if there is any violation of the mind of Yama Raja, please forgive Manjushri and his retinue. After confessing in this way, dissolve the object of confession into oneself with ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning). The third is to open the symbolic door, thinking that from purifying impure appearances and attachments, one enters the mandala of spontaneously accomplished nature through the door of the four wisdoms.
