In an instant, like a bird carrying away its prey, bring them mercilessly before this great and powerful mandala. With cruel means, may their body, speech, and mind never have a chance to rise again. Alas! Listen, all you five chief deities who support and aid these enemies and demons: the father gods, local gods, life gods, wound gods, and fierce gods, as well as those who are the backing of deities such as monks and Bonpos! If you support the enemies of the teachings and harm the holy beings who uphold the teachings, as it is said, you will be subject to the punishment of all the Buddhas of the past, present, and future. If you aid them, you will break the commands of the supreme lamas, offend the sacred bodies of the departed ones, and violate the vows of the great mandalas. You will forever lose the opportunity to escape from the suffering of samsara and the lower realms. Do not covet such small gains that bring great harm; release these enemies and demons! From the highest victorious peaceful and wrathful deities to the lowest sentient beings in Avici Hell, from the deities born of wisdom to the retinue born of karma, all you oath-bound ones who judge good and evil, and the truth of the Dharma, the black and white karmic results, the interdependence of cause and condition, and the arrogant worldly gods and demons, all of you, look upon and listen to the punishment of this enemy demon! Be aware, and judge good and evil! Swiftly inflict punishment upon this enemy demon! Inflict punishment right now! It must not be delayed for long! Now make the judgment! The time has come! Samaya! Samaya! Alas! You gods and demons of existence who do not like violent actions, and who think that the local lord of this place should not be despised, Listen! I will not do any harmful actions to you, I will not harm your body, speech, or mind, I will not insult your lineage, I will not show the tip of the vajra kīla, I will not roll mustard seed missiles, I will not set up targets for fierce mantra weapons, I will not ignite fierce homa, I will not send messengers of fierce actions. If you violate the true command and think of being allies of these enemies and obstacles, then the wrathful mantra practitioner has power over the life force of all beings and can cut off the practices of others. Whoever does not listen to the true words, their head will burst like an Arjaka stone, their heart will burn with poisonous fire, a rain of weapons will fall on their body, and they will be thrown into the mouth of Yama, the lord of karma. Therefore, offer the libation of gold, explain the true Dharma, and make pure aspirations, pacify the thoughts of hatred and cruelty!
