Subdue all harmful enemies and obstructors. Annihilate them like dust. Note: Grant supreme and common accomplishments. Perform the activities of spreading and increasing the teachings. Thus speaking, offer the choicest morsels and entrust the activities. May there be auspiciousness. This is the re-emergence of the red flag's revival, the ritual of Po.
