There is an object decorated with the syllable 'གྱིས'. This was offered by Thubten Namgyal on the tenth day of the fifth month of the Tibetan Dog Year. May it be auspicious! Instructions to Drungchen Kunpangpa Namo Guruve! With boundless compassion focusing on limitless beings, with the steps of correct view free from extremes, skilled in traversing the far shore of endless samsara, may the incomparable leader, the venerable lama, be victorious! Whatever is realized, familiarized, and well-applied, one can correctly ascend the steps of the unerring path, reaching the peak of the palace of liberation. I shall explain the instructions on view, meditation, and conduct. For example, just as dreams and illusory appearances arise when one's habitual tendencies are disturbed by sleep during the day, practice contemplating that all these appearances arise from beginningless habitual tendencies and are mental appearances. For example, just as various magical displays arise from the power of mantras and substances, contemplate that these mental appearances are merely appearances due to the causes and conditions of karma, and are empty of inherent existence. The nature of one's own mind, which is empty of inherent existence, is free from all dualistic elaborations such as existence and non-existence, truth and falsehood, permanence and annihilation, arising and ceasing. This is the view to be realized through hearing and contemplation. That very view, through the empowerment and the two stages, relying on the experiences that arise from within through the blessings of the lama, this method of realization is the tradition of Vajrayana. That very state, unwavering, With shamatha (藏文:ཞི་གནས་,梵文天城体:śamatha,梵文罗马拟音:shamatha,汉语字面意思:calm abiding), abandoning faults such as dullness and agitation, continuously and inseparably, in a solitary place, habituate yourself in meditation. As a component of realizing the state of view, the vows of the three trainings of discipline, as the Victorious Ones have spoken, without mistaking what to adopt and abandon, properly maintain them. This is the first conduct. Having become accustomed to this, when abiding in equipoise, balancing the eight worldly concerns and reversing the afflictions, with the conduct of learning, empowerment, and liberation, without adopting or abandoning, this is the supreme conduct. When view, meditation, and conduct have reached their culmination, all knowable things are realized as the equality of samsara and nirvana through the self-appearing wisdom. This is the supreme result, free from hope and fear. If attached to this life, contemplate impermanence and death; if seeking one's own benefit, contemplate exchanging self and others; if obstacles arise, contemplate guru yoga. These are components of the previous path. Complete with the components of view, meditation, conduct, result, and the path, possessing the essential instructions for practice, whatever accumulation of merit is properly offered, may it be dedicated for the attainment of enlightenment by all beings as vast as space. This was written by one who has abandoned worldly activities. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is offered by the Sakya monk Sönam Sengé to the great renunciate, who is endowed with faith in accomplishing the supreme path. Auspicious! This is a letter for the time of offering collection in Dokham. Om Swasti! Abiding in the ocean of all scriptures, Adorning the crown with the jewel of the four joys. Possessing power over the wealth of good deeds, Venerable Lama, Gedeng Wangpo Gyal! Destroying the city of reeds, the host of sinful enemies, Adorned with a golden net of worldly and peaceful glory, Possessing the seven limbs of union and bliss, I respectfully prostrate to the Teacher, the Elephant King. Whoever hears it, makes the heretical deer tremble, Proclaiming the sound of the lion of selflessness, Beautifying the snowy mountains of fortunate disciples, I bow to that sound of the Dharma lion. Unable to be dried up by billions of demonic forces, Adorned with a garland of pure three trainings, The basis for the confluence of abundant merit rivers, I respectfully prostrate to the great Sangha lotus lake. Thus, after first offering praise to the Lama and the Three Jewels, the monk Sönam Sengé, who has heard much from the glorious Ewam Chöden monastery, offers this to the ears of the virtuous spiritual friends who uphold the doctrine of the glorious Sakya lineage, residing in the region of Dokham. The supreme Vajradhara, the great accomplished one, the Buddha who manifested in human form, in order to prevent the decline of the glorious Sakya tradition, which combines complete explanation and practice of the teachings of the Sugata, and for the benefit and happiness of sentient beings in the three realms, established the glorious Ewam Chöden monastery according to the prophecy of the yidam deity. The monastery houses blessed objects from both China and Tibet, as well as newly built images of the Lamdre lineage lamas in the three kayas, and a very large golden statue of the main deity of the teachings, among other amazing and radiant objects of the Three Jewels. Before these objects, excellent offerings such as rows of butter lamps are made, and the tradition of celebrating the anniversaries of the four previous Jetsun forefathers is maintained. After the Lama departed to Sukhavati, the yoga master known as Chöjé Muchen Könchok Gyaltsen, and the one who saw the face of Sachen, and the Lama father and son, with their omniscience knowing the three times, appointed Chöjé Kunga Wangchukpa and his disciple as regents. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
