་འགྱུར་མེད་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ལ། །བདག་སྒོ་གསུམ་གུས་པས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །ལམ་འཕོ་བ་འབྱོང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །གནས་སྤྱི་གཙུག་བདེ་ཆེན་འཁོར་ལོ་རུ། །སྐྱབས་ཀུན་འདུས་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་ལ། །བདག་སྒོ་གསུམ་གུས་པས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །ལམ་འཕོ་བ་འབྱོང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །གནས་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་དུ་འཕོ་བར་ཤོག །མགོན་སྣང་མཐའི་ཐུགས་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཤོག །ཧིཀ་གི་སྒྲས་སྤར་རོ།། ཡང་འོད་མཚན་དང་འཕོ་བ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཅན་གཞན་ཡང་སྦྱོར་ན་ལེགས་པས། ཨེ་མ་ཧོ། ཤིན་ཏུ་ངོ་མཚར་འོད་དཔག་མེད་མགོན་དང་། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཕྱག་རྡོར་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ། །ཚེ་འདས་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །ཟབ་ལམ་འཕོ་བ་འབྱོང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཕྱི་མར་སོང་བའི་ཚེ་འདས་ཀྱི། །རྣམ་ཤེས་བདེ་ཆེན་འཕོ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ལན་གསུམ་མམ་བདུན་སོགས་ཀྱི་མཐར་ཕཊཿགསུམ་གྱིས་འཕང་ངོ་།། ཡང་འོད་མཚན་དང་། ཨེ་མ་ཧོཿ གནས་རང་སྣང་དོན་གྱི་འོག་མིན་ནཿ ཡིད་དད་བརྒྱའི་འཇའ་གུར་འཁྲིགས་པའི་ཀློངཿ སྐྱབས་ཀུན་འདུས་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་ནིཿ སྐུ་ཐ་མལ་མ་ཡིན་དྭངས་མའི་ལུསཿ དཔལ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་མཐའི་ངོ་བོར་བཞུགསཿ ཡིད་མོས་གུས་གདུང་བས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབསཿ ལམ་འཕོ་བ་འབྱོང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབསཿ གནས་འོག་མིན་བགྲོད་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབསཿ དབྱིངས་ཆོས་སྐུའི་རྒྱལ་ཟིན་པར་ཤོགཿ བདག་གིས་ཕཊཿཀྱི་སྒྲས་བསྐུལ་བས་ཁྱོད་རང་གི་རིག་པ་སེམས་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་འོད་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེ་དེ་ཉིད་རླུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྗང་སྐྱས་དཔག་ཏེ་མདའ་འཕང་བ་ལྟར་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཐིམ་པར་གྱུར།བར་མོས་ལ། ཧྲཱིཿལྔ་ཚར་དང་ཧིཀ་དང་ཕཊ་ཀྱི་སྒྲས་འཕོའོ།། དེ་ནས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པ་སྐུ་ལྔའི་ཀློང་དུ་རྒྱས་གདབ་པ་ནི། ཨེ་མ་ཧོ། སྔོན་འདས་དུས་བསྐལ་པའི་དགེ་སློང་མཆོག །དཔལ་རྒྱལ་སྲས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱིས། །མགོན་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྒྱལ་བའི་དྲུང་། །ཡོངས་འགྲོ་རྣམས་སྒྲོལ་ཕྱིར་དམ་བཅས་ནས། །ནུབ་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་གི་རྟེན་བརྟེན་པར། །དབང་བསྒྱུར་བའི་ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་སྨོན་པའི་འབྲས། །མགོན་ཚེ་མཐའ་ཡས་པ་སྟོན་འཁོར་བཅས། །མ་འགྲོ་བའི་དཔལ་དུ་ཡོངས་ཤར་བཞིན། །བདག་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་གཏེར། །ཚེ་འདིར་སྣང་ལས་ཐལ་ཚེ་འདས་དེ། །སྲིད་འཁོར་བའི་འཇིགས་ལས་དབུགས་དབྱུང་ཞིང་། །ནུབ་བདེ་ཆེན་པདྨ་བཀོད་ཞིང་དུ། །དུས་སྐད་ཅིག་ཡུད་ཙམ་འདི་ཉིད་ལ། །མགོན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེས་འདྲེན་པར་མཛོ

于不变智慧无边者，我以身语意恭敬祈请，祈请加持通达迁识之法。于顶髻乐空轮处，于总集皈依根本上师，我以身语意恭敬祈请，祈请加持通达迁识之法。愿迁至极乐刹土，愿与怙主无量光心无别。以“嘿（ཧིཀ་，梵文天城体：हिक्，罗马转写：hik，字面意思：音）”字抛射。又，若加入光明印和具加持的迁识法等则更佳。唉玛吙！ 极稀有哉无量光怙主，大悲观世音菩萨大力金刚手，以专注之心祈请已逝者，祈请加持通达甚深迁识道。祈请加持已逝者之识，迁至后世极乐刹土。于三遍或七遍等之后，以三“啪（ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट्，罗马转写：phaṭ，字面意思：断）”字抛射。又，光明印和，唉玛吙！ 处自显现义之密严刹土，心信百倍虹帐密布之境，总集皈依根本上师乃，身非凡庸清净之身，安住吉祥佛陀无量光之自性。以信心恭敬虔诚祈请，祈请加持通达迁识之法，祈请加持往生密严刹土，愿证得法身界之王。我以“啪（ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट्，罗马转写：phaṭ，字面意思：断）”字催促，故汝之觉性心之自性光明点，以青绿色风轮衡量，如射箭般融入无量光之心中。中间念诵，五次啥（ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，罗马转写：hrīḥ，字面意思：惭）字，并以嘿（ཧིཀ་，梵文天城体：हिक्，罗马转写：hik，字面意思：音）和啪（ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट्，罗马转写：phaṭ，字面意思：断）字迁识。之后，为不退转于五身界中印持，唉玛吙！ 往昔逝去时劫之善逝，吉祥菩萨法之生处者，于怙主世间自在胜者前，为度化一切有情而立誓，于西方极乐刹土之所依，自在之发心愿力之果，怙主无量寿佛连同眷属，如未度者之吉祥般显现。我祈请您，慈悲之宝藏，此生从显现中逝去之已逝者，从轮回之怖畏中解脱，于西方极乐莲花庄严刹土中，于此刹那顷刻之间，怙主您以慈悲引导之。

Please bless me to master the transference of consciousness. May I be transferred to the pure land of Sukhavati, May I be inseparable from the heart of Lord Amitabha. Project with the sound "Hik." Furthermore, it is good to combine it with the luminous Mudra and other blessed transferences. Emaho! Most wondrous is the Lord Amitabha, And the Great Compassionate One, Vajrapani, who possesses great power. With one-pointed mind, I pray for the deceased. Please bless me to master the profound path of transference. Please bless the consciousness of the deceased, who has passed into the next world, To be transferred to the blissful realm. At the end of three or seven times, project with three "Phats." Also, the luminous Mudra and, Emaho! In the Akanishta realm, the self-arisen meaning, In the expanse where a hundred rainbows of faith are interwoven, The root guru, the embodiment of all refuges, Is not an ordinary body but a pure form, Abiding as the essence of the glorious Buddha Amitabha. With faith, respect, and longing, I pray, Please bless me to master the transference of consciousness, Please bless me to travel to the Akanishta realm, May I attain the kingdom of the Dharmakaya realm. I urge you with the sound "Phat," so that your awareness, the essence of mind, the point of light, measured by the turquoise wind mandala, like an arrow being shot, dissolves into the heart of Limitless Light. In between, recite five times Hrih, and transfer with the sounds Hik and Phat. Then, to seal it in the realm of the five bodies, never to return, Emaho! The supreme monk of past eons, The glorious prince, the source of Dharma, In the presence of the Lord, the victorious Lord of the World, Having vowed to liberate all beings, Relying on the support of the western Sukhavati realm, The result of the aspiration of empowerment, The Lord Amitayus, together with his retinue, Appearing as the glory of those who have not yet been liberated. I pray to you, treasure of compassion, May the deceased, who has passed away from this life's appearance, Be freed from the fears of samsara, And in the western Sukhavati, the lotus-adorned realm, In this moment, in an instant, May you, Lord, guide them with your compassion.
