Then: Visualize yourself as the Radiant Mother, with your right hand planting the sword on the ground, causing the vast ocean to turn blue-green. Within it is the nine-headed Naga demon, with a crocodile-like mouth wide open, exhaling clouds of poisonous gas. From its mouth comes a roar like a thousand dragons thundering. Among its eighteen hands, it raises a palm to seize enemies and obstructors. The remaining right hands hold water knives, and the left hand carries a bag of diseases. Surrounded by the four types of Nagas. From the heart of the Holy Mother, rays of light emanate to invite them. Recite "Nāga rāja vajra samaya jā" to summon them. Recite "Vajra samaya ho tiṣṭhantu," and with the pride of being the deity, place the vajra on the head of the Naga demon, visualizing that it makes a vow. Then, from your own heart, perform the four mudras of the gatekeeper and so on, visualizing that all enemies and obstructors are involuntarily summoned and absorbed into the lingam. Or recite the above short summoning mantra, or recite: Homage! By the power of the truth of the Three Jewels, the blessings of the Three Roots, and the power of the Dakinis and Dharma protectors, may the armies of the four directions of the chaotic borderlands, enemies, thieves, robbers, and evil spirits quickly descend upon the objects representing the enemy. Recite three or seven times, and "Vajra aṅkuśa ya ja Vajra pāśa hūṃ Vajra sphoṭa baṃ Vajra ghaṇṭe ho Vajra praveśaya phaṭ Vajra āveśaya ā," to summon, introduce, bind, and intoxicate, unite with the deity, and descend upon the support, arranging offerings of torma decorated with flesh and blood. Perform the common summoning, introduction, and blessing rituals, and then recite "Nāga du jaḥ mara ya rbada," offering the enemy's flesh, blood, mind, and marrow, reciting "The enemy's maṃ sa tsitta rakta ko ro tsana keṃ ni ri ti ghṛihṇa kha hī" three times, etc. Hūṃ bhyoḥ! Black Naga demon Tipāca, this torma of the enemy's flesh and blood, offer it and enjoy it with delight, and for the borderland armies that harm the teachings and beings, and the enemies, thieves, and robbers who have become fields, please perform the activity of imprisoning and suppressing. Place the blood offering torma in the pit, and then perform the suppression and entrustment: Hūṃ bhyoḥ!
