Therefore, regarding any actions of the three doors (body, speech, and mind), as long as the feeling of not wanting to engage arises, repeat it. Like this, if you do not fundamentally let go of these actions, it is difficult for the wisdom of awareness to arise in the continuum. If you let go, although the three doors may temporarily be confused, do not follow it, and ultimately, uncontaminated wisdom will quickly manifest in the continuum. As it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": "Without abiding in the continuity of non-action, there is no touching the meaning of awareness." It also says: "When the confusion of body and speech ceases, wisdom will abide in the continuum." Thus it is said. Thereafter, if someone passes away and encounters this Dharma in a future life, they will attain complete Buddhahood without remainder. Most will undoubtedly be liberated in the Bardo within the state of original purity. Longchenpa said so. Main Practice: How Uncontaminated Wisdom Arises Seizing the Key Points of the Three Doors Seizing the Key Points of the Body Secondly, regarding the way to rely on the continuum of uncontaminated wisdom as the main practice: Seizing the key points of the three doors, directly introducing the manifestation into one's own nature through four key points, and introducing the meaning of the introduction. First, regarding the way to seize the key points of the three doors, as it says in "Transcending the Mind": "The key point of manifestation is body, speech, and mind; skillfully subdue the key points of each." Thus it is said, of the three doors, the first, seizing the key points of the body, is divided into four parts: the way it must be seized, the actual seizing, the faults of not seizing, and the merits of seizing. Regarding the way the key points of the body must be seized, as it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": "Although awareness has settled in the body, if you do not subdue the illusion of samsara and nirvana, it cannot appear as the root of wisdom." Therefore, since awareness naturally abides in the manifestation of Dharmata, in order to be directly seen by the senses, it is first necessary to seize the key points of body and speech. Among these, the way to actually seize is, as it says in "Transcending the Mind": "The body should not depart from the posture of the three Kayas." Also, as it says in "A Rosary of Pearls": "The key points of the body are threefold: abiding in the manner of a lion, in the manner of an elephant, and in the manner of a sage." Also, as it says in "After Death": "Establish the posture of an elephant, lion, and sage." Thus it is said. The posture of the Dharmakaya is: sitting on a cushion in the dog-like posture like a lion, with the two knees slightly spread outwards, the soles of the feet facing each other in front, in order to suppress the disturbing winds. Place the thumb at the base of the index finger, curl the remaining fingers, and place the palms of both hands

By fixing the center or inside of the soles of the feet on the ground, the elements are balanced. Straightening the body and relaxing the upper body allows the breath to flow smoothly. Raising the head and neck can stop distractions and increase strength. Gazing motionlessly at the space between the eyebrows, one obtains the Vajra Eye. This posture and way of seeing temporarily frees one from all fears of illusion, and the inner elements dissolve into themselves. Ultimately, one realizes the meaning of reality and is liberated into the Dharmakaya. The Sambhogakaya posture is: lying face down like an elephant sleeping, with the elbows fixed on the ground, balancing the male and female breaths to a neutral state. Joining the knees and chest increases essence and warmth. The palms support the throat. The fingers are placed on the cheeks, stopping the gross breath. The toes are pushed outwards and bent, the back is straight, and the head is slightly raised, balancing sinking and rising. Looking askance at the sky in front, one obtains the Lotus Eye. This controls the moving breath, and the spontaneously arising five lights manifest, thus utilizing the meaning of Dharmata, and ultimately liberating into the Sambhogakaya. The Nirmanakaya posture is: sitting upright in a cross-legged position, balancing the channels and breath. Placing the soles of the feet on the ground with the two shanks aligned suppresses the power of water. Slightly contracting the anus and straightening the back cuts off thoughts. Joining the knees and chest causes mirror-like wisdom to appear. Placing the elbows of both hands on the knees and lifting the collarbone with the Vajra fists with crossed wrists balances hot and cold. Alternatively, encircling the kidneys with the elbows and touching them eliminates cold diseases. Alternatively, encircling and covering the knees eliminates heat diseases. Straightening the spine allows breath and mind to flow in Dharmata. Slightly lowering the eyes and gazing vaguely at the space obtains the Dharma Eye. At this time, warmth arises in the body, the elements are balanced, thus mastering the meaning of Dharmata, and ultimately liberating into the Nirmanakaya. Therefore, any posture should not be too stiff and closed, but rather naturally relaxed, so that the key points are not hindered. Furthermore, there are many postures of the limbs, symbolized by Manifest Enlightenment and Immutable Vajra, but it is said that this is enough here, so I will not elaborate further. Like this, the body, speech,
