So, how to destroy the hindrances in these explanations? If someone asks, 'What is the difference between 'suchness' (tathātā) and 'non-erroneous suchness' (viparītatathātā), etc.?' The difference lies in their different ways of accomplishment: accomplishing without destruction, accomplishing without inversion, accomplishing without alteration, accomplishing as self-nature, accomplishing as the cause of the noble dharmas, accomplishing constantly, accomplishing without regression, accomplishing truthfully, accomplishing beyond the path of speculation, and so on. Therefore, all these are just synonyms for 'perfect accomplishment' (yongs su grub pa). These are said to be synonyms for 'perfect accomplishment'. In the Dūskālacakratantra (Kalacakra Tantra): 'The first Buddha is, alas! The secret space realm, in the auspicious lotus, seated on the lion throne, Vajradhara (Vajrapani), vaṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning water), Vajradhara and Vajrasattva, Vajrabhairava, Vajreśvara, Heruka and Kālacakra, the first Buddha and other names, I speak in other tantras with various local terms.' These are said to be synonyms for Heruka and others. In the Paramārthanāmasaṃgīti (Tantric Praise of the Names of Manjushri): from 'Thereafter, the glorious Vajradhara' to 'Homage to the wisdom body', expressed in one hundred and sixty-two verses, these are said to be the wisdom body of all Buddhas of the past, present, and future, the synonyms for the Bhagavan Manjushri-jñānasattva. In the Mañjuśrī-mukha-āgama: 'Various synonyms are also fully revealed, such as suchness, the true limit (yathāvadbhūta), the inconceivable realm (acintyadhātu), the nature of reality (dharmatā) and the flawless dharma (nirdoṣadharma), emptiness (śūnyatā) and signlessness (animitta), wishlessness (apraṇihita), and the abandonment of the wheel of afflictions, unborn (anutpāda) and luminosity (prabhāsvara), manifest enlightenment (abhisambodhi)' etc., and 'the ultimate truth' etc., 'In the sutras and tantras, what is said and will be said, is only about this suchness, nothing else is said.' 'The lord Vajradhara, the yogi of the completion stage' etc., 'Therefore, the enumeration of it, has countless names, symbolizing non-dual wisdom, in all the sutras and tantras, the wise should understand.' The ultimate meaning and distinctions explained in the sutras and tantras, and the outer and inner peace of the mantras explained in the tantras. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The infinite hosts of wrathful deities are also manifestations and displays of Dharmata (the nature of reality). (In the Ocean of Dakinis, in the center of the four-gated mandala are the hells, outside of that are the animals, outside of that are the pretas (hungry ghosts), outside of that are the gods and humans, as well as Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. These are successively explained as the essence of the Buddha, the Dharma, perfect enjoyment, and the Nirmanakaya (emanation body).) Therefore, all the infinite names of the Dharmakaya Buddha and the ultimate truth are said to be one in meaning with Dharmata, Suchness, and non-dual wisdom. In the 'Cloud of Jewels Sutra,' it says: 'Son of lineage, this is Suchness, this is the ultimate reality, this is omniscience, this is all-knowingness, this is the inconceivable realm.' And in the 'Sutra of Miraculous Transformations of Perfect Peace,' it says: 'Whatever is not true is not Suchness; whatever is not Suchness is not Tathagata; the Tathagata is true, correct, Suchness, and not mistaken, that is Suchness.' And so on. In the 'Vajra Cutter Sutra,' it says: 'Those who see me in form, those who seek me in sound, have entered a wrong path and cannot know the Tathagata. The guides see the nature of reality.' And in the 'Golden Light Sutra' and the 'Great Cloud Sutra,' it says: 'The Buddha, the Bhagavan, is the Dharmakaya, the Tathagata is the Dharmadhatu.' And in the 'Mother's Perfection of All Qualities Sutra,' it says: 'The Suchness of all phenomena, such as form, is shown as all-knowingness.' In the 'Bodhi Suchness Nature Sutra,' it says: 'Bodhi is the nature of Suchness, and that is also established as its nature.' And so on. In the sutra, it says: 'The Suchness of all phenomena is unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment.' And so on. In the 'Sutra of the Prophecy of the Good Magician,' it says: 'Not seeing the Buddha in form, not in name, not in age or lineage, not in sound, not in speech or change, not in mind, not distinguished by consciousness or intellect. Whatever is the nature of reality, that is the Bhagavan.' And in many other sutras, the Buddhas, the Bhagavans, are described as the Dharmata Suchness, and the Dharmata Suchness are also said to be the Buddhas, the Bhagavans, and the Suchness are all said to be of one taste and one essence. In the 'Noble Eight Thousand Verse Sutra,' it says: 'Whatever is the Suchness of the Tathagata is the Suchness of all phenomena; whatever is the Suchness of all phenomena is the Suchness of the Tathagata.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
