The Teaching on Co-emergent Wisdom The words of Dharma Lord Gampopa Lhaje, The Teaching on Co-emergent Wisdom. Namo Guru (藏文:གུ་རུ,梵文天城体:गुरु,梵文罗马拟音:guru,汉语字面意思:Homage to the Guru). Self-aware clarity pervades all beings, In an indivisible manner, it is unborn by nature. Without ground or path, the result transcends the intellect, The essence's meaning transcends the realm of thought. The Victor's intent is uniquely inconceivable. Pure and impure, samsara and nirvana's reflections, Appear, yet are without birth, abiding in that state. In this unborn, there is no duality. Great bliss, non-conceptual, continuously abides in its nature. Free from grasping and thought, the unmade Dharmakaya. Inexpressible experience, its flow unceasing. Ultimate meaning, without object, one taste in the expanse. If there is no arising or ceasing, the darkness of thoughts subsides. The nature of reality, without beginning or end, Like the sky, it pervades all. There is nothing it does not pervade, Wonderful, the experience is beyond words. If you realize non-duality, you quickly destroy wrong views. Free from hope and fear of samsara and nirvana. All phenomena are equal in the great mudra. Abandoning thoughts, without thought or meditation, In that very nature, there is no antidote, it abides in its own place. If it were elsewhere, all would see it. Because it is within oneself, the hidden face of the guru. One's own mind is the only Buddha. The qualities of Mahamudra are like the sky. Since Mahamudra is not other than oneself, The offerings, the place of offering, and the offering itself are oneself. Its essence is far beyond the realm of the intellect. Since oneself is Mahamudra, Confusion and non-confusion are beyond the realm of the intellect. Great clear light, the very nature of the innate. Without anything to clarify, it is one with bodhichitta. Without duality, there is no nature of samsara. Knowing that, appearances are enjoyment. All experiences and appearances are inexpressible, Like the bliss of a young maiden. Self and other's benefit are inseparable, in the state of clarity. Having completely abandoned existence and non-existence, there is no samsara. The nature of mind and Buddha are non-dual, All memories and awareness, without straining, let them be. In the essence of omniscience, there is nothing like this. There is no doubt that it is realized by itself. Co-emergent wisdom, Is only what one experiences oneself. When self-aware clarity blazes within, grasping and thoughts are exhausted. The nature of wisdom, there is no need for samadhi. The nature of realization, though inconceivable, Is primordially pure, dissolving into the state of non-thought. Realize the nature of wisdom, without arising or ceasing. Beyond the intellect, it is not an object of thought. Sentient beings and Buddhas are inconceivable. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All-pervading. The realm of realizing the unborn is beyond the mind's perception. The Great Seal, free from grasping and being grasped, burns those who cling to characteristics, such as the Shravakas (Hearers). If one gazes with single-pointedness, one possesses ultimate qualities. Being without beginning or end, no time of before or after is perceived. Therefore, on the path of realizing non-existent wisdom, wherever one looks, one finds wisdom within oneself. Like finding a treasure, one is not deluded about the benefit of oneself and others. With emanations of compassion, one fills all realms of space. The minds of the Victorious Ones, which do not abide in ultimate reality, though the intention of their minds does not move from the expanse, are content and satisfied, and teach without abiding. They clearly show the mandala of love and compassion. From beginninglessness and endlessness, one wanders in the ocean of existence. Suffering, existence, and the Dharma of Nirvana, one is certain that they are one's own mind, beyond thought. Transcending the intellect, there is nothing to meditate on. Primordially present, co-emergent. From the miraculous display of the unborn, the Form Body arises. The Dharmakaya (法身) is the Great Wisdom itself, appearing as the Sambhogakaya (报身) and Nirmanakaya (化身). There is only a difference from the perspective of realization, but the essence is one. The instructions for practice are as follows for the deluded: They think there is Samatha (止) and Vipassana (观), and meditate in separate sessions. They want to meditate on the Great Seal in aimlessness. Thus, animals desire. Sarahah thinks like this: In the realm of the six senses, all appearing senses, in a way without effort, realize the unborn. In a way free from thought, realize appearance as non-existent. From the nature without judgment, realize the appearing world as the Dharmakaya. With continuous yoga, realize all as co-emergent. This is the supreme without acceptance or rejection. The three realms are originally Buddhas, Samsara (轮回) is originally Nirvana (涅槃), mind itself is originally liberated, the five poisons are the nature of medicine, afflictions are originally enlightenment. However, not realizing this, one wanders in Samsara. To reverse Samsara, one needs the Guru's instructions. Like a treasure of the poor, though it is within oneself, one does not realize it. Therefore, with the Guru's instructions, without distraction for even a moment, practice the Great Seal. Let go of activities and practice, and the three conducts related to the Great Seal will be taught: Secret conduct, wisdom conduct, and gathering conduct, do them at the time of the Great Seal. If one has realized that nature but is unable to act, then in that state, engage in secret conduct. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
