唉!于无有分别之界中忏悔!如是观之忏悔,于会供与修法之时,以药、血、食子及明灯之光盈满。首先持甘露嘎巴拉(颅器),以奉献之姿势举起,如是念诵而作供养: 吽!无作任运大有之物,从始清净无垢染,八根本及千枝干,为成办五部佛之物,以此誓言圆满之大药,于密严广大之处,自性安住之诸佛,以五智之光盈满,以普贤供云盈满,令心之意圆满,以悲愿之化身度脱六道,原始佛陀光明不变,圆满普贤之意誓,自性显现智慧之身,寂怒浩瀚诸天众盈满,以悲愿之化身成办利生,从金刚持次第而来,以供养引导有情之一切身与刹土而盈满,愿心之意圆满,誓言之违越忏悔。然后取血,吽!法性湿润之智慧水,以悲心染著故色红,生三有之因血,莲花血自生血,度十地众生之命血,精华红色生起之血,一切清净灌顶之物,不净三界轮回之因,以嘿汝嘎之意,度脱三有轮回之习气,加持为供养之物,为令大界普贤佛母,生起智慧之义而供养,于饮血忿怒众,献以策发悲心之供养,于诸母空行,献以滋养誓言之物,于护法及守护誓言者,为成办事业之义而供养,圆满誓言而赐成就。然后取会供与食子,于诸神供养而如是说,吽!滋养三界食物之因,谷物与水果六味食,度十地众生之蕴身肉,扎嘎英雄谷物之精华,以诸种美味欲妙,以信心忆念而献供,于法界中以信心而供养,于寂静之神献以美妙,于忿怒之神献以威严,于诸上师献以欢喜

Emaho! I confess in the realm of non-differentiation! Thus, the confession of view, and at the time of gathering and accomplishment, fill with medicine, rakta, torma, and the light of bright lamps. First, hold the nectar kapala (skull cup), lift it up in a gesture of offering, and recite this to make the fulfillment offering: Hūṃ! The great substance of unmade, self-arisen nature, pure from the beginning, free from defilement, eight roots and a thousand branches, the substance for accomplishing the five families of victors, with this great medicine that fulfills the samaya, in the great expanse of Akanishta, all the Buddhas who dwell in their own nature, fill with the light of the five wisdoms, fill with the clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings, may the intention of their hearts be fulfilled, and may the six realms be liberated by the compassionate emanations, the primordial Buddha, unchanging light, fulfill the heart commitment of Samantabhadra, the body that arises from its own wisdom, fill the peaceful and wrathful deities of the vast expanse, accomplish the benefit of beings with compassionate emanations, coming in succession from Vajradhara, fill with offerings the bodies and pure lands of all who guide beings, may the intention of their hearts be fulfilled, I confess the breaches of samaya. Then take the rakta, Hūṃ! The wisdom water of the wetness of dharmata, red in color because of compassionate attachment, the blood that is the cause of creating existence, lotus rakta, self-arisen blood, the lifeblood that liberates the ten bhūmis, the red essence, the blood of arising, all pure, the substance of empowerment, the cause of the impure three realms of samsara, with the intention of Heruka, liberate the habitual tendencies of the three realms of samsara, bless it as an offering substance, to the great mother Kuntuzangmo, offer it for the sake of the arising of wisdom, to the assembly of blood-drinking wrathful ones, offer it as an offering to incite compassion, to all the mamos and dakinis, offer it as a substance to nourish the samaya, to all the dharma protectors and guardians of the teachings, offer it for the sake of accomplishing activities, fulfill the samaya and grant siddhis. Then take the tsok and torma. Offer to the deities and say this: Hūṃ! The cause of food that nourishes the three realms, grains and fruits, food of six tastes, the flesh of the aggregates that liberates the ten bhūmis, the essence of the brave heroes of Dza, in various kinds of delicious desirable things, offer with devotion, offer with devotion in the dharmadhatu, offer beautifully to the peaceful deities, offer with majesty to the wrathful deities, offer pleasingly to the lamas.

Fill them with the essence of clarified butter, and light a hundred clear lamps. In order to fulfill the breaches of vows, offer them with devotion to the Victorious Ones. From the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, endowed with the radiance of five wisdom lights, fulfill the Samaya of the peaceful and wrathful deities. From the palace of Dharma in the heart, the wisdom seed syllable is clear, fulfill the Samaya of the self-arisen peaceful deities. From the palace of the skull in the head, the heat of self-existing radiance blazes, fulfill the Samaya of the self-arisen wrathful deities. In the appearance of devotion and faith, awareness is self-arisen, unobstructed, and clear, fulfill the Samaya of the Vajra Master. In the purity of the channels, winds, and bindus, knowledge is self-arisen and clearly present, fulfill the Samaya of the mothers and Dakinis. In the vast expanse of worldly existence, the light of planets and stars is clear, fulfill the Samaya of the external Samaya-holders. May all breaches of vows be purified by the power of Samaya.
