The color of the silk ribbons is red, a sign of the uninterrupted Sambhogakaya. The shoulders are broad and expansive, a sign of the flourishing of the secret mantra teachings. The waist is straight and the hem is curved. It is a sign of the union of Sutra and Tantra. The sixty-four wrinkles are a sign of the essence of the sixty hundred thousand teachings. The tips of the wrinkles bowing under the ribbons are a sign of enjoying bliss. The surrounding petals are very expansive, a sign of having dominion over all the Dharmachakras. The edges are thick and the corners are beautiful, a sign of the teachings flourishing from all directions. The five inner layers hanging down are a sign of having power over the eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma. The color is white and clear, a sign of the Nirmanakaya accomplishing the benefit of beings. When the constellations, the sun, the king, and Jupiter meet, it is the time to make this hat. Inside the top resides the Wheel of the Victorious Goddess, it is the consecration of the essence of the teachings. Wearing it, one will be victorious in all directions, and all wishes will be fulfilled without a doubt. I come from Tushita (དགའ་ལྡན，Gandain, the name of a realm in the desire realm, the pure land of Maitreya Bodhisattva), and I will also go to Tushita.
