It appears like waves without coming or going. At that time, the nature does not diminish. When the illusion appears, the self-nature is emptiness, so it does not diminish from suchness, but is a non-common illusion of self-nature. It is said: In samsara itself is the place of happiness. There is no diminution from consciousness and self-nature. Thus it is said. The seventh answer: The entering consciousness sees it like that, if wisdom is the common eye, it is said that the essence of seeing is the lower consciousness of ego, because it focuses on suchness. Similar to the wisdom of intention, the common view is the path, and the consciousness of reason is called seeing. Here, the lord of all spontaneously born wisdom, if the best of the wisdom eyes. It is said that the eight aggregates of consciousness, the stream of consciousness, are without distinction in terms of form, name, and place, and are bright and clear. Without cause and without hindrance, it is originally clear, it is spontaneously born wisdom, appearing in that nature without expectation, it is the excellence of seeing. How does the nature of seeing see? Vajra mind is the supreme power, so it is said that the mind wisdom vajra is the supreme power of wisdom, there is no constant theory of seeing, it is the self-common Dharma. Without distinction, the desire to see the direction is separated, it is said that there is no seeing in the object, because it is self-luminous without inside and outside. The Dharma of self and common nature also appears as only consciousness and appearance are inseparable, so from the inside to the outside, or from the outside to the inside, the greed is separated, so that nature has no object, because the certainty of the self-luminous awareness is obtained, so to the omniscient, there is no desire, so without confusion, realize the self's nature. Thus it is said. To him, the path of shaking, stability, and ultimate completion becomes. Eighth answer: Three, two, and one eliminate hesitation. It is said that it is for the sake of thinking about the seventh question and answer. Initially, reality and appearance, etc., eliminate the obstacles of the two obscurations with five sentences. The former Buddhas and sentient beings, each with their own mind stream, if one, then the previous thought arises in the seven. It is said that in general, if the Buddhas and sentient beings are one in all directions, then it will not appear in the teachings, etc., it will contradict the meaning, etc., it will not increase with reason, etc., it will not be appropriate with reason, etc., and the seven that contradict the four Dharma seals will all occur, but

Therefore, the second part refutes the view that secret mantras are in accordance with universal principles through reasoning. If it is said that the mind of the Buddha and the minds of sentient beings are the same in essence, then, like the Victorious One (Buddha), sentient beings would also become omniscient, without conceptualization, would not suffer from the pain of afflictions, and would not need to rely on the Dharma of the path. Conversely, the Victorious One (Buddha) would also become ignorant like sentient beings, full of conceptualization, experience afflictions and suffering, thus giving rise to seven faults. Even if the minds of the six realms of sentient beings are different and yet unified, then there would be eight continuations of consciousness. As the scripture says, this would lead to the fallacy of ultimate truth. Even if the minds of all six realms of sentient beings are unified in self-arisen wisdom, then, if one sentient being becomes a Buddha, all sentient beings should become Buddhas; if one falls, all should fall; if one's wisdom is vast, all should be vast; if one's wisdom is small, all should be small; if one's concept is vast, all should be vast; if one's concept is small, all should be small; if one is sharp, all should be sharp; if one is dull, all should be dull; if one is narrow, all should be narrow; if one is broad, all should be broad; if one's feeling is clear, all should be clear; if one's feeling is vague, all should be vague; if one's memory is clear, all should be clear; if one's memory is vague, all should be vague. Doubting these eight situations in this way would contradict the seven different attachments. As the scripture says, even if the mind of the Buddha and the minds of sentient beings are different, then the nature of both the Buddha and sentient beings would become different, and the essence would become different. Because there is no connection, it would be impossible to achieve the goal, sentient beings would not be able to become Buddhas, it would be impossible to abandon afflictions and purify obscurations, and it would be unnecessary to rely on the Victorious One (Buddha), ultimately leading to a state of each being independent, which has seven faults. Even if the self-arisen wisdom of all sentient beings is different, because each possesses self-arisen wisdom, if one touches another, it will produce another, without definition. If one does not recognize another, it will not become wisdom. If one cognizes without an object, one will violate the vow. If the appearance of knowledge seems like other wisdom, then, from the perspective of self and other, since there are two appearances, it will become the grasper and the grasped. Wisdom will produce seven different things, such as the lineage of knowledge, etc., ultimately leading to multiplicity. To clarify this: Therefore, it transcends negation and affirmation, and is free from one and many.
