Etc., there is no harm of fearing being despised by others. Being in control of wisdom means possessing all qualities such as strength, fearlessness, and non-mixture, so there is no harm of being refuted by others. Among the eight shapes, relative to short, something like a spear is long. Relative to long, something like an arrow is short. Something like a square is flat. Something like a circle is round. Something like a ground without boundaries is equal. Something like a ground with boundaries is unequal. Something like a hillock and a mountain is raised. Something like the inside of a pond is sunken. What are the four similarities? Just like the qualities of the Buddhas who have passed in the three times are equal. The letters of the word "Buddha" are neither many nor few, which is letter similarity. Possessing sixty qualities of speech and having a voice like that of Brahma is sound similarity. Understanding that all dharmas are without arising or ceasing and that the two aspects of selflessness are the same is dharma similarity. The dharmakaya of all Buddhas is the same, without great or small differences, which is body similarity. The four truths are one and also analyzed into four each. Cessation is cessation, peace, excellence, and definite departure. The path is the path, reason, practice, and definite guidance. Suffering is impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness. Origin is cause, origin, condition, and arising. Among them, abandoning afflictions such as desire and hatred, and abandoning sinful and non-virtuous actions such as killing, and not arising again is cessation. The fruit of suffering produced by karma and afflictions does not arise at all, which is peace. Afterwards, not being born in the three realms and experiencing suffering, therefore it is excellence. Being liberated from the three realms, which are like a prison, and going to the peaceful place of nirvana, therefore it is departure. The path is going from the ground of ordinary beings to the place of noble ones, therefore it is the path. Unreasonable afflictions are abandoned, becoming an antidote, therefore it is reason. Abandoning the inverted mind and practicing with a non-inverted mind, therefore it is practice. Being forever separated from the faults of samsara, and

Because it enables one to reach beyond, it is definitely emerging. Suffering is the nature of arising and dying in each moment, so it is impermanent. The three and eight sufferings constantly harm, so it is suffering. Within the five aggregates, there is no permanent self conceived by non-Buddhists, so it is empty. The five aggregates themselves are also not the permanent self conceived by non-Buddhists, so it is selfless. Accumulation is the cause of afflictions such as desire and hatred, and the worldly virtuous and non-virtuous actions arising from them. The habits of afflictions and actions, etc., exist in the mindstream as seeds of birth in the three realms and five destinies, which is accumulation. Future virtuous actions increase virtuous habits, and non-virtuous actions increase non-virtuous habits, which are called conditions that ripen the fruit. Thus, when cause and condition come together, virtuous and non-virtuous habits each increase, and the aggregates of suffering manifest in the high and low places of the three realms, which is called arising. There are five types of monks: like a blind beggar, it is a begging monk. Like adding the name "monk" to a householder's name, it is a monk in name only. One who has not taken vows, or has taken vows but has broken them and has no precepts, claims "I am also a monk," this is a self-proclaimed monk. One who has taken pure vows from the Khenpo and Acharya is a fully ordained monk through the Karma and four actions. The four pairs and eight types of individuals from Stream-enterer to Arhat are monks who are free from afflictions. The five obscurations are desire and hatred, as well as dullness and sleep, regret and agitation, and doubt. If asked what these obscure, they obscure the three higher trainings. Desire for desire is not giving up attachment to the qualities of desire, committing adultery and theft, etc. Hatred is not giving up anger and hatred, killing and binding and beating others, etc., committing many sins, so it obscures the higher discipline. Dullness is a dull and unclear mind,
