ང་སྒྲ་འོད་འབར་དགེ། །རྒྱལ་མཚན་བ་དན་རྟ་དང་གླང༌། །སྒྲ་འདོན་གསལ་ཞིང་སྟོབས་འབྱེད་དགེ། །མདུན་ནས་བརྟན་གཡོའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡང༌། །རང་གིས་བརྟགས་ལ་ཤེས་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ལས་བཟློག་ན་མི་ཤིས་པ། །རོལ་མོ་བརྡུངས་ཀྱང་སྒྲ་མི་གསལ། །རླུང་རྣམས་རྒྱུད་ལས་བཟློག་པ་དང༌། ཡིད་ནི་ལྡང་ཀྱོག་མྱ་ངན་ཟིན། །རོལ་མོ་མཚོན་ཆ་ལ་སོགས་རྣམས། །རལ་དང་ཆག་སོགས་ངན་པ་ཡིན། །གང་ཚེ་ཚོང་ལ་ཆས་པ་ན། །དེ་ཚོ་ཟོང་ལ་བྱི་བས་ཟོས། །ཆག་གམ་སྟོར་རམ་མི་མཛེས་པ། །མི་ཤིས་ལྟས་མཐོང་ལོག་པར་བྱ། །དེ་བཞིན་དགོས་དོན་བྱ་བ་ཀུན། །ལྟས་ཀྱི་དགེ་དང་མི་དགེ་དཔྱད། །ཚེས་ལ་དབྱངས་དང་གསལ་བྱེད་དང༌། །རྒྱུ་སྐར་གཟའ་རྣམས་འཆར་བར་འགྱུར། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་གང་ཡིད་ནང་ཆུད། །མཉམ་ཉིད་དབྱིངས་ནས་མེ་བཟུང་ལ། །རང་གི་ལུས་ལ་གནས་པ་ཡི། །ལམ་ལྔ་སྟོན་ནོ་ལྷས་མཆོད་མ། །འདིར་ནི་རྒྱས་པར་མ་བསྟན་ཏེ། །ཅུང་ཟད་ཙམ་ཞིག་བསྟན་པར་བྱ། །ལུས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཞག་གཅིག་ལ། །སྟོང་ཕྲག་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་དང༌། །བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་དྲུག་གི་ལྷག་པའི་དབུགས། །རྒྱུ་བའི་གྲངས་སུ་ཤེས་པར་བྱ། །དབུགས་འབྱུང་འཇུག་དང་བར་མ་སྟེ། །དབུགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་ཡོངས་སུ་གྲགས། །དབུགས་དྲུག་ཆུ་སྲང་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། །དྲུག་ཅུ་ལ་ནི་དབྱུ་གུ་གཅིག །དབྱུ་གུ་དྲུག་ཅུ་ཞག་གཅིག་ཡིན། །ཐ་མལ་གནས་པ་རིག་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ལ་འཕོ་བ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཏེ། །ཐུན་ནི་བརྒྱད་དུ་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན། །གཡས་དང་གཡོན་པའི་ལམ་ལྔ་ལས། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྔ་ནི་རྣམ་པར་ རྒྱུ། །གཡས་ནས་ས་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ། །ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་སོགས་གཡོན་ནས་རྒྱུ། །ས་སོགས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རེ་རེ་ལ། །དྲག་པོ་རྐང་པ་དང་བ་ཅས་ཀྱིས། །ཉུང་བའི་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུའོ། །ཉུང་བ་དབུ་མའི་ཁམས་སུ་གྲགས། །མི་མཉམ་པ་དང་མཉམ་པའི་ཁྱིམ། །ལུག་དང་གླང་སོགས་རིམ་པ་བཞིན། །དུས་མདའ་རྐང་པ་དང་བཅས་པས། །ཉུང་བའི་བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་ལམ། །ཉུང་བ་དབུ་མའི་ལམ་དུ་གྲགས། །དེ་ལྟར་འཕོ་བ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ལ། །བདུན་ཅུ་རྩ་ལྔས་ལྷག་པ་ཡི། །དྲུག་བརྒྱར་རབ་ཏུ་གྲགས་པ་ཡིན། །མདོར་ན་དབུ་མའི་ལམ་ཉིད་ནས། །སུམ་ཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཆ་ཤས་གཅིག །དམན་པ་རྣམས་ལ་འཆི་སྟེར་ཞིང༌། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་བ་ལ་མཆོག་སྟེར་འགྱུར། །ཉི་མ་ཟླ་བའི་ལམ་གཉིས་པོ། །ལྷོ་དང་བྱང་གི་བགྲོད་པ་སྟེ། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྔ་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་རྒྱུ། །བྱང་གི་བགྲོད་པ་ཟླ་བ་ལ། །ནམ་མཁའ་མེ་ཆུ་ས་རླུང་ནི། །དབུས་དང་སྟེང་འོག་ཀ་བ་དང༌། །ཟུར་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་རིམ་པ་བཞིན། །ནམ་མཁའ་ལུག

我，语光明吉祥！ 胜幢宝幡马与牛， 语出清晰力量增吉祥！ 前方稳固动摇之自性， 自己观察而知晓。 若与此相悖则不吉祥， 敲击乐器声音亦不清。 诸风从脉中颠倒， 心则动摇忧伤所困。 乐器兵器等等， 破损残缺等皆为恶。 何时若启程去经商， 货物则被老鼠所食。 残缺或遗失或不美观， 见不祥之兆则应逆转。 如是所需所作诸事， 观察吉兆与不吉兆。 于 तिथि（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），元音和辅音， 星宿星曜将显现。 瑜伽士心中所怀， 从平等法界中取火， 于自身所安住之， 示现五道天女供养。 此处未广说， 略微少许而示之。 有情众生之一日中， 二万一千， 加上六百之气息， 当知是运行之数量。 气息之出入与中间， 普遍称之为气息。 六息名为一चु स्रང（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）， 六十则为一དབྱུ་གུ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。 六十དབྱུ་གུ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）为一日， 当知是通常之状态。 彼有十二变动， 示现为八时段。 从左右五脉道中， 五轮则各自分别 运行。 从右为地等， 从左为虚空等运行。 地等每一轮， 以猛厉足与毛发， 少者三百六十。 少者称之为中脉界。 不平等与平等之宫， 白羊金牛等次第而行。 以时间箭矢与足等， 少者百又十八道。 少者称之为中脉道。 如是十二变动中， 七十五所余之， 六百为极著名。 总之从中脉道自身， 三十二分之一部分， 给予劣者死亡， 给予瑜伽士殊胜。 太阳月亮之二道， 南与北之运行， 五轮则极运行。 北方之运行于月亮， 虚空火水地风， 中央与上下柱子与， 依靠角落次第而行。 虚空，白羊。

I, speech, light, auspicious! Victory banner, pennant, horse, and ox, Speech clear, power increasing, auspicious! In front, the nature of stability and movement, Examine it yourself and understand. If it contradicts this, it is inauspicious, Even if the instrument is struck, the sound is unclear. If the winds are reversed from the channels, The mind is agitated and seized by sorrow. Musical instruments, weapons, and so on, Broken and damaged are bad. When setting out for business, The goods are eaten by mice. Broken, lost, or unsightly, Seeing inauspicious omens should be reversed. Likewise, all necessary actions, Examine the auspicious and inauspicious omens. On the tithi, vowels and consonants, The constellations and planets will appear. The yogi who holds in mind, Takes fire from the realm of equality, And dwells in his own body, Shows the five paths, offering to the goddesses. Here it is not explained in detail, But a little is shown. In one day of sentient beings, Twenty-one thousand, Plus six hundred breaths, Know that it is the number of movements. The exhaling, inhaling, and intermediate breaths, Are commonly known as breaths. Six breaths are called one chu srang, Sixty is one dbyu gu. Sixty dbyu gu is one day, Know that it is the usual state. There are twelve changes, Shown as eight periods. From the five channels of the right and left, The five chakras each separately Move. From the right are earth and so on, From the left are space and so on, moving. Each chakra of earth and so on, With fierce feet and hairs, The lesser is three hundred and sixty. The lesser is known as the central channel realm. The unequal and equal houses, Aries, Taurus, and so on, in order. With time arrows and feet, etc., The lesser is one hundred and eighteen paths. The lesser is known as the central channel path. Thus, in the twelve changes, Seventy-five more, Six hundred are very famous. In short, from the central channel itself, One part of thirty-two parts, Gives death to the inferior, Gives the supreme to the yogi. The two paths of the sun and moon, The southern and northern movements, The five chakras move greatly. The northern movement on the moon, Space, fire, water, earth, and wind, The center, above and below, pillars, and Depending on the corners, in order. Space, Aries.
