I have fully understood. That of them never grasps the meaning combined with sound, that which can be mixed with sound is the grasping itself. Its appearance, the aspect of things, depends only on intention, because it is able to express the sound that follows the distinction of symbols, so do not think that they are without conceptualization. Because it sees the acceptance and rejection of desires and dislikes for the things needed. Likewise, it is also seen that animals and young children take what they want and reject what they don't want. Such an understanding of things is not the manifestation of the nature of things. The nature of things cannot be expressed by sound, because in the wisdom arising from sound, there is no manifestation of things as if they were directly perceived. That is, when burning by contact with fire, one thinks of being burned in another way. The sound of burning will appear in another way the meaning of burning. So it is said. The meaning of being able to express should be understood from the mixture with conceptualization. What is to be manifested is that which can manifest the nature of things that cannot be expressed, which is not mixed with sound. If so, then it is established that conceptualization has no manifestation of things. Confused consciousness is also the ability to generate such things as blurred vision, rapid filling, entering a boat, confusion, and so on. In the aspect of acting on things, it is reversed, that is the appearance of confusion. How then can it be established in another way and become the manifestation of things? Because manifesting one's own nature is the expression of the sound that can manifest. Therefore, there is also nothing in confusion, and it is established as the manifestation of things. From this, it is determined that consciousness is the manifestation of things, and that which is contrary to conceptualization and confusion is also necessarily established as being free from conceptualization and not confused. This excludes these, from where? Except for the knowledge that follows the sound, that does not exist in the world. All knowledge is with sound, appearing as if mixed together. If one transcends the nature of the language of conceptualization, then the clarity of conceptualization will not be clear either, know that that is knowledge. So it is said. All knowledge is sound

Even if it remains in the subsequent nature, it is because some are associated with manifesting the nature of things. How can one deny that the manifest, which is related to conceptualization, is proven by experience? Even when the conceptualization of a cow arises, the experience is the same as seeing the cow. That which is without conceptualization is also manifest. One cannot think that the conceptualization of a cow is the very nature of seeing a cow, because at that time one does not cling to the cow referred to by its own name. It is precisely because of this that the conceptualization of a cow is eliminated simultaneously with the conceptualization of a cow. Mentioning the absence of conceptualization is to eliminate the conceptualizations of nature that emanate outward from the manifest, such as "This is a vase." Mentioning non-confusion is to eliminate things like seeing a conch shell as yellow. There are four types: sense consciousness, mind, self-awareness, and the wisdom of a yogi. The consciousness that relies on the five senses, such as the eye, is sense consciousness. The moment that is produced by the moment of its own object, and the simultaneous sense consciousness, which is produced by the immediately preceding cause, relying only on the mind, is the mind. Because the blind and others do not have such sense consciousness, they do not have the arising of the nature of mind for objects such as form, so if one admits the manifest nature of mind, there is no fault in the blind and others not having it. Because sense consciousness does not grasp the moment that is produced by the object, there is no fault in becoming the grasper and the grasped. This manifest nature of mind is considered valid when the function of the eye and so on is completed. If any manifest thing functions in this way, then if it is not born from the senses, or if something else is born from the senses, one cannot see things with closed eyes, which contradicts experience, so one should not argue in this way, because it is difficult to ascertain the nature of just the first moment of closing the eyes. That which is able to self-know the nature of all minds and mental factors is self-awareness. Their
