It will not become self-nature, because it is later, because the causes are different. If it is said that this difference is only other, then, if the difference is other, then what is the nature of the constant one mind? It is nothing. If it is said that this difference is related to the mind, even if the mind is related to this difference, this difference will become that of the mind, but it will not become one self-nature. Therefore, even if other differences arise, just like before, whether that mind arises or does not arise, it will change in all cases. The so-called "it is that consciousness" means that it is unreasonable to distinguish the body and the person, etc., by permanence. Regarding where this action arises from later, others say that it arises from consciousness. In terms of acceptance, it is "if". If it is thought that the habit itself is the generator of the mind, but not the mind, then it is said "from the mind". The so-called "seeing it like that" means that the nature of appearance, whatever generates consciousness, is called the object of grasping, which is not seen in samsara. The so-called "however" means that other thoughts are not like this, even if some nature generates that consciousness, there will also be cases where it is not the object of grasping. This is not a negation, that is to say. The ability of the previous consciousness to grasp will disappear, but the ability to generate will not disappear. If it is said, therefore, that the later consciousness arises from the previous mind, then the answer to this is that it is unreasonable. Determining that it is real is determining that it is the real of the generator. Because the generator also exists in the mind. The so-called "it is that" is the object of grasping itself. The so-called "there also" is also when others state it quickly. The so-called "not" is negation. Now, let's make a distinction, then from what does this understanding of meaning arise, from meaning or the cognition of meaning, or both? First of all, it does not arise from meaning, because in that case, from that meaning, all minds on the cause of oneself and others would know. It means that because the meaning is common. Also from the cognition of meaning

It is merely that my intellect has some understanding, but it is not to say, "This is the meaning I have understood." Therefore, "because of that" means because the fault has already been stated. If it is said that knowledge is understood from the knowledge of meaning, then the other fault expressed in verse refers to the knowledge of meaning itself. If the knowledge of meaning is what is seen, then how does it become the understanding of what is seen? It means that one must also experience the meaning. The statement for the third kind of conceptualization is "because of that." The second is the master and knowledge. If knowledge alone cannot be seen, then why can't both be seen? The answer is, if one cannot be seen. If one thinks that even if there is no difference, sometimes it is grasped and sometimes it is not grasped, what fault is there? The answer is, if with regard to the object. "That" refers to the classification of grasping. Our intention is that you have not abandoned shifting the basis of inference to another object. Even if those with many and one abilities do not exist, things can still produce many and one results. "How is this" is the manner of refuting and examining. "That" refers to individual certainty. "If it is not so" means if one does not accept the ability of one's own cause. "It is permissible" means that even though some things do not have various abilities, some produce various results, and even though some do not have one ability, some produce one result, this is the nature of things. If this understanding of different abilities does not exist, then how does one distinguish and understand "this is this ability"? The answer is, "in its own essence," meaning that for the dharma that has become its nature, it is fabricated as different, and thus it is understood in this way, but it is not the reality itself. When asked, "How is this understood?" the answer is, "also for ability." Establishing the tenet is "like this." "Not" is to prevent argument. Therefore, some results arise from one, and some results do not arise from a collection as seen. Because there is no term such as "those are its," what is the use of analyzing benefit from that?
