And because it is its object, therefore it itself is valid. The unfailing result of validity is also the realization of meaning. That is, when all causes are near, when the name of realization that is not cut off from any aspect is obtained, it is valid. That offering also exists only when it is the same as the object, not otherwise. Therefore, although the mind ultimately has no difference from the nature of experience, it makes the meanings different from each other. Thus, because objects and so on are different, it is Dharma, because the realization of mind is different, it is that cause. If it exists, that is, if it exists with the aspect of the path, because this result exists, the mind itself is valid. If there is existence itself, then what changes, that should be its extreme accomplisher. Even if it exists, but if there is no result at some time, then it will be realized that there is another that needs to be relied upon. At that time, because the previous one was cut off by the other that needs to be relied upon, it will not become the excellent author itself. Therefore, it is not the author itself. Even if there are faculties and so on, there is no function, because it is cut off by being the same as the object. If there is the same itself, then it will undoubtedly be realized, because its that has not been cut off by anyone. Because it is the nature of knowledge, it is the basis for the establishment of the fruit without dependence, so the same object of the two fruits is the cause. That is also because it has become the nature of knowledge. Knowledge itself is valid. Because other validities are not allowed on the object of speech, so I think, do not become speech itself is not valid. Validity is itself becoming valid, It is not controlled by other validities, others say so, that and that are unreasonable. Why? Because, like this saying, the meaning of this saying is not reasonable at all. Thus, if it is said that validity is established by itself, it is obvious, or if it is said that birth itself is valid, then there are two kinds of establishment, such as the establishment of sound and the establishment of having fruit, etc. For the time being, it is not birth, because in the state of being born and not being born, knowledge is

Because the present itself is not the agent. The unborn does not exist, because the act of the non-existent is not permissible. Even if it is born, because it is its own nature, the valid cognition itself is also born at that time. Thus, because there is no result, from what does it transform, and by what does the valid cognition itself arise from itself? If from things that have become other things, such as the senses, a knowledge with the nature of valid cognition arises, then it does not arise from itself. If it is like this, the manifestation of valid cognition with the characteristic of being certain that 'this is valid cognition' transforms from itself, then being established from itself is not reasonable. Like this, when valid cognition and what appears as valid cognition arise, there is no definite grasping of the difference, because in the world, doubt is seen to arise about valid cognition and other things. If valid cognition were to be established from itself, then the treatise writers would not make contradictory definitions of valid cognition. Because when valid cognition arises, the distinction between the nature of valid cognition and non-valid cognition is already established, they would make the same definition. Furthermore, in order to completely cut off the nature of oneself being valid cognition and appearing as valid cognition, some people are mistaken about some people. Even if it is said like that, the definition should not be made like that. If it is done, it will harm one's own statement. If the definition is made so that others can recognize valid cognition through that nature, that is also unreasonable. This is also contradictory to one's own realization. Just as by universally revealing the causelessness of the wrongly spoken meaning, it shows that the non-artificial valid cognition is established, so it is not established from itself. Furthermore, because merely having knowledge, one wants to ascertain that it is valid cognition, therefore, because knowledge knows its own nature, one will want self-cognition. If one wants to eliminate that fault and wants knowledge to be established from another, then it is not established from itself. If one thinks that its definition is not made by another, that is just a wish. Therefore, what arises from its own cause as such, neither another valid cognition nor another has made the nature of this valid cognition.
