啦唻！天界欲乐极其广大，梵天获得离欲之乐后，复又成为无间地狱火焰的薪柴，祈请开示这无间断的痛苦。获得日月之身，以自身的光芒照亮整个世界，之后又陷入黑暗之中，甚至连伸出自己的手也看不见。如是造作罪业，为了避免过失，请广燃三盏灯的光明。独自一人将要进入日月无法照耀的无边黑暗之中。对于作恶的众生，在复活地狱、黑绳地狱等极热的地狱，以及众合地狱、嚎叫地狱、无间地狱等地狱中，将恒常遭受痛苦。有些人像榨芝麻一样被榨取，有些人像磨细面粉一样被磨成粉末。有些人被像锯子一样锯开，有些人被难以忍受的锋利斧头劈开。还有些人被灌入熔化的铁水，吞饮沸腾的液体。有些人被铁制的燃烧炽热的尖桩贯穿身体。有些人被铁齿的凶猛恶犬撕咬，手举向天空。无助地被铁嘴尖锐、指甲锋利的乌鸦啄食。有些人被各种各样的虫子和蛆啃食，还有成千上万的肉蝇和长嘴蚊叮咬，接触时会造成难以忍受的伤口，它们啃食着身体，人们翻滚哀嚎。有些人被投入燃烧的火焰堆中，持续不断地焚烧，口中还发出叫喊。有些人被扔进铁制的大锅里，像煮饭一样翻滚。罪人呼吸停止的短暂瞬间，地狱的痛苦难以衡量，听闻之后，一切都将消散，什么是不可摧毁的呢？那就是金刚的自性。仅仅是看到、听到、忆念、阅读和描绘地狱，都会产生恐惧，更何况是亲身经历那难以忍受的果报呢？正如在一切安乐之中，灭尽贪欲是获得安乐之主一样，在一切痛苦之中，无间地狱的痛苦最为难忍。在此，一天之内被三百短矛

Thus, one commits misdeeds. To avoid faults, please light the light of the three lamps. Alone, one will enter the boundless darkness that the sun and moon cannot penetrate. For sentient beings who engage in evil deeds, in the hells such as the Reviving Hell, the Black Line Hell, and the extremely hot hells, as well as the Crushing Hell, the Howling Hell, and the Avici Hell, suffering will be constant. Some are squeezed like sesame seeds, and others are ground into powder like fine flour. Some are sawn like saws, and others are split by unbearable sharp axes. Still others are made to drink molten iron, swallowing boiling liquid. Some are pierced through their bodies by iron stakes that burn intensely. Some are torn apart by ferocious iron-toothed dogs, their hands raised to the sky. Helplessly, they are pecked at by crows with sharp iron beaks and unbearable claws. Some are devoured by various kinds of worms and maggots, and tens of thousands of flesh flies and long-beaked mosquitoes bite, causing unbearable wounds upon contact. They devour the body, and people roll around, wailing and lamenting. Some are thrown into piles of burning flames, continuously burned, and their mouths cry out. Some are thrown into large iron cauldrons, rolling around like cooking rice. The brief moment when the breath of a sinner ceases, the suffering of hell is immeasurable. Upon hearing this, everything will dissipate. What is indestructible? It is the nature of Vajra. Merely seeing, hearing, remembering, reading, and depicting hells will generate fear, what need is there to say about personally experiencing that unbearable karmic result? Just as extinguishing desire among all pleasures is like obtaining the lord of pleasure, among all sufferings, the suffering of Avici Hell is the most unbearable. 以鞭抽打之痛苦为何？ 彼较地狱之小苦亦， 不忍一弹指，亦不耐一雨滴， 如是痛苦甚难忍。 纵然经历百千俱胝次， 然若不善未尽灭， 如是生死不得脱。 此等不善之果之种子， 身语意之恶行汝当， 务必令其尘许亦莫有， 如是汝当以汝之能力而努力。 于畜生之生处亦有杀害等， 束缚与鞭打等痛苦种种， 于已舍寂灭之善者等， 互相啖食甚难忍。 某些为珍珠、毛、骨与， 肉与皮革之故而将死亡， 无权其他以足、手与， 铁与铁钩刺入而役使。 于饿鬼中亦有欲求不得之， 所生痛苦恒常不改变， 饥渴寒热劳累与恐怖所， 生之甚难忍受应依止。 某些口如针之眼般小， 腹如山之量般饥饿所逼近， 不净之物抛弃少许亦， 无有可得之威力。 某些皮包骨瘦且赤裸， 如干燥之棕榈树顶端。 某些夜间燃烧自口出， 食为燃烧之炭降沙砾。 下劣种姓某些脓与垢， 血等不净亦不得， 互相于面争夺且喉中， 生出蛆虫成熟之脓应食。 于饿鬼众于夏季时， 月亮亦热冬季太阳亦寒， 此等无果之树木， 仅观望亦令河流干涸。 无间断成为痛苦之所依， 恶行之业索， 以坚固束缚之有情某些， 五千或千万亦不得死。 如是饿鬼众以种种， 痛苦获得一味者为何？ 彼之因乃喜好吝啬之士夫， 佛说悭吝非胜士。

In the realm of animals, there is also killing, Bondage and beatings, and various sufferings, For those who have abandoned the peace of virtue, It is extremely unbearable to eat each other. Some will die for the sake of pearls, wool, bones, and Meat and leather, Helpless others are pierced with feet, hands, and Iron and hooks, and then exploited. In the realm of pretas, there is also the suffering caused by the lack of desire, The suffering that arises is constant and unchanging, Starvation, thirst, cold, heat, fatigue, and fear, The suffering that arises is extremely unbearable and should be relied upon. Some have mouths as small as the eye of a needle, Their bellies are as large as mountains, and they are approached by hunger, Even a little bit of discarded impurity, They do not have the power to obtain. Some are skin and bones, emaciated and naked, Like the dried top of a palm tree. Some burn at night and flames come out of their mouths, Their food is burning embers and falling sand. Some of the lower classes cannot even find pus and filth, Blood and other impurities, They fight each other face to face, and from their throats, Worms emerge, and they eat the ripened pus. For the pretas, in the summer, The moon is hot, and in the winter, the sun is cold, These trees that bear no fruit, Just looking at them will dry up the rivers. Without interruption, it becomes the basis of suffering, The noose of the karma of evil deeds, Some sentient beings bound by firmness, Even five thousand or ten million will not die. Thus, what is the one taste of suffering that the pretas obtain in various ways? The cause of that is the miserly person who loves hoarding, The Buddha said that stinginess is not a noble quality.
