如树木凋零之相,犹如云朵。此身刹那坏灭且不住留,犹如闪电。此身由各种因缘所生,没有自主。此身如地,没有作为。此身如水,没有主宰。此身如火,没有生命。此身如风,没有人格。此身如虚空,没有自性。此身乃是诸大种的处所,不是真实的。此身无我及我所,是空性的。此身如草、木、墙、土块、幻象,是无情之物。此身是具有轮子的机械,没有感觉。此身是脓和不净之物的积聚,是堆积。此身是常需涂抹、揉搓、坏灭、离散之法,是空虚的。此身被四百零四种疾病所折磨。此身常被衰老所压迫,犹如老井。此身终将死亡,最终不住留。 此身被蕴、界、处所完全占据,犹如刽子手、剧毒、空城。你们应当对此身生起厌恶和厌倦,并对如来之身生起信心。朋友们,如来之身是法身,由福德所生。如来之身由布施所生,由戒律所生,由禅定所生,由智慧所生,由解脱所生,由解脱智见所生,由慈爱、悲悯、喜悦、平等所生,由布施、调伏、如理作意所生,由十善业道所生,由忍辱、寂静所生,由精进坚固的善根所生,由静虑、解脱、禅定、等持所生,由听闻、智慧、方便所生,由三十七菩提分法所生,由止和观

Like the sign of trees withering, like clouds. This body is momentary, destructive, and impermanent, like lightning. This body arises from various causes and conditions, without a master. This body is like earth, without action. This body is like water, without ownership. This body is like fire, without life. This body is like wind, without personality. This body is like space, without inherent existence. This body is the abode of the great elements, not truly existent. This body is without self or what belongs to self, it is emptiness. This body is like grass, wood, a wall, a clod of earth, an illusion, it is inanimate. This body is like a machine with wheels, without sensation. This body is an accumulation of pus and impurities, it is a collection. This body is of a nature that constantly needs to be anointed, massaged, destroyed, and dispersed, it is hollow. This body is tormented by four hundred and four diseases. This body is constantly oppressed by old age, like an old well. This body ultimately ends in death, ultimately it does not remain. This body is completely seized by the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, like an executioner, a violent poison, a deserted city. You should generate disgust and weariness towards such a body, and generate faith in the body of the Thus-Gone One. Friends, the body of the Thus-Gone One is the Dharma body, born from merit. The body of the Thus-Gone One is born from generosity, born from ethics, born from samadhi, born from wisdom, born from liberation, born from the vision of the wisdom of liberation, born from loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, born from generosity, taming, and proper discipline, born from the path of the ten virtuous actions, born from patience and tranquility, born from the root of virtue of steadfast diligence, born from contemplation, liberation, samadhi, and absorption, born from listening, wisdom, and skillful means, born from the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, born from tranquility and insight.
