It should be understood as being established separately. Here, the scripture is based on speech, doing things according to measure will lead to transgression, and not doing things according to measure will not lead to transgression. Are there such cases? The Blessed One said: Yes. If it is made to the measure of the Sugata's Dharma robe, it will be a transgression. If it is made to the measure of a mandala, there will be no transgression. This is what the Blessed One said. One should not hold it. "That" refers to the Sugata's Dharma robe, or without specifically mentioning anything exceeding the Sugata's Dharma robe. Whether it is connected to the body or something else, whether it has been blessed or examined, or not examined, one should not hold it. Here, the scripture is based on clothing, the monk is only the Sugata's Dharma robe, this is what is said here, that is following the ritual, and the following should also be understood as included. Exceeding the measure of the Sugata's Dharma robe will lead to transgression. All cases that are only transgressions are finished. Regarding taking alms from a Bhikshuni, one should confess individually. Who is the author? Therefore, it is said "mainly with knowledge." If it is mainly with recognition, then therefore it is said "to a Bhikshuni who is not a relative." If following what, then who is the author? Therefore, it is said "food and drink obtained without asking oneself, taking and eating it while living in the village oneself." The Bhikshuni lives in the village or anywhere else, in a way that one's own hand does not ask, the Bhikshu himself lives in the village, taking food and drink with his own hand is the meaning. Oneself refers to the giver and receiver. One's own hand means that it is not the donor himself, following that, this was done. Following Consistent with others receiving, excluding the object of complete attachment, means fully understanding one's own acceptance. Here, the scripture is from the request, the monk is temporarily in the Bhikshuni's summer retreat, the Bhikshuni lives in the village, or food and drink are worked for. If he accepts from there, takes and eats it, he will commit a transgression.
