It is the first month of spring. Cotton ginning refers to separating cotton from seeds. Silk fabric refers to double-layered silk. Regarding "fragrance" etc., fragrance refers to musk etc. Garland refers to jasmine flowers etc. Incense refers to agarwood etc. Powder refers to fragrant powder applied to clothing etc. "Completely proclaiming lineage" means that, all at once, because the names of all relatives are not mentioned, it means saving effort. Or it comes from the vow of illness, or from the power of the Bhagavan or the power of aspiration, this is another explanation. The striking of the gods The striker here should be understood as the Gandharvas, who are the masters of exquisite craftsmanship, namely the king. The various aspects of the sound of striking, combined through the manner of striking, are the tones. "Koti" refers to one hundred million. "After striking" means after being completely separated. "Continuously cracked" etc., for those who should be tamed by the Shravakas, the Bhagavan will also tame, but cannot tame alone, because Shravakas such as Shariputra cannot tame alone, so those who are singularly delighted are the objects of the Buddha's taming, therefore, the Bhagavan, because he is skilled in taming the unparalleled objects of taming, can be tamed through effort. Intoxicated means playing very melodiously. "Known as Arhat" means that, here, the whole world unanimously agrees that they are Arhats. "Home" refers to the dwelling place. "Daytime activity" refers to the place of daytime activity. Regarding "buds" etc., in spring, the trees have not yet obtained warmth, and the towering parts become even taller, which is called "buds". That which grows out of it is called "will become buds". When it becomes very towering like a cotton seed, then it is called "sprouting". Unopened is a characteristic of flowers. The unopened flower reaches a state of complete maturity, and should be understood as being like a crow's beak. Because the edge of the petals will definitely appear like a crow's beak.

If. Because everything is open, everything is completely blooming. Because most of the petals are soft, it is called "shining." Because it is known like light radiating from trees, it is called "glittering." Because the flowers are abundant and overwhelm all the trees, it is called "vivid." Wanting to understand the Dharma, here it is called "doubt." The so-called "thinking" is thinking separately. If you ask where to think, it is said "able to eliminate" and so on. Even if only the Blessed One can dispel my doubts, others cannot, there is such a thought. Some thoughts are about the aspect of the Dharma that one wants to manifest. The thought of going near to where the Blessed One is, is not harmful, so it becomes a guru. The so-called "body is tired" means the body is tired due to illness. The so-called "come here" means to be ordained, it should be known that one will become a present Shravaka. For "joy" and so on, because one wants to manifest, it is the time to obtain the teachings of the Blessed One, therefore it is joy. Because one obtains the answer to the meaning of the question that one wants to manifest as if composing it, therefore it is satisfaction. Because one thinks that one has obtained the antidote to abandon afflictions, therefore it is extreme joy. Because one thinks that one has obtained unsurpassed liberation, therefore physical happiness is now born. Joy, here is the desire for virtuous Dharma. The so-called "producing heretics" is the place where heretics are produced. Because heretics will arise in the Ganges and so on, therefore the Ganges and so on and the producer of heretics are mentioned. Each one promises, that is, each one makes a vow. By this asceticism, we will be liberated from Samsara, these are the vows. If they come to know through experiencing the vows they have made themselves, then when the experience of the vow is completed, they will fully understand the vow. Its meaning is, will they obtain unsurpassed liberation? Or not?
