In Tibetan, it is said that due to ignorance, there are meritorious, non-meritorious, and immovable formations of the aggregate of formations. It is said thus. There are also formations of life, as it is said: All sentient beings are the place of formations. It is said thus. There are also differences in entering, as it is said: If samadhi is attained by the formations. It is said thus. There are also conditioned phenomena other than the four aggregates. There are also defiled dharmas, as it is said: Therefore, monks, formations are suffering. Nirvana is peace. It is said thus. There are also all conditioned phenomena, as it is said: All that is born is subject to decay; formations are impermanent. It is said thus. This verse is considered to mean that formations are the nature of suffering, and those who are pacified are happy. Because it appears like this. Another way is, alas, formations are impermanent. This refers to the past. The nature of arising and decaying. This refers to the future, and those who desire to arise will also become impermanent. Having arisen, they will decay. This refers to those that arise now, because they are not momentary, so there are two dharmas, namely arising and decaying. This verse shows the three ways of impermanence and suffering. Among them, impermanence has three aspects: the aspect of non-arising, the aspect of decay, and the aspect of arising and decaying. The past is one, which is the aspect of decay. The future is one, which is the aspect of arising. The present arising is two, which is the aspect of arising and the aspect of decay. Because of these two, it is said: Monks, if the past form is impermanent, what need is there to mention those future ones that arise now? And so on, it is extensively explained up to consciousness. How is the suffering of these formations expressed? In three ways of suffering, whatever is impermanent is suffering. Because it appears like this. For this, relying on the impermanence of the aspect of arising, the suffering of suffering is manifested. Relying on the impermanence of the aspect of decay, the suffering of change is manifested.

also manifests. Relying on the very impermanence of arising and ceasing, the very suffering of formations manifests. Therefore, the Blessed One said: Kunda, I have realized from the very impermanence of formations and the very suffering of change that whatever is impermanent is suffering. The condensed meaning of the verses is the nineteenth condensed meaning. All accumulation ends in exhaustion, The end of the high is falling, The end of meeting is separation, The end of living is death. This is the verse. This verse shows the impermanence of four kinds of things. The four kinds of things are what is used, where it is used, with whom it is used, and for what it is used. What is used? It is what is accumulated, such as grain, wealth, and clothing. Where is it used? In houses. With whom is it used? With friends, ministers, relatives, and in-laws. Why is it used? For life. "All accumulation ends in exhaustion" refers to what is used, showing its impermanence, that is, its end is exhaustion. "The end of the high is falling" refers to where it is used, showing their impermanence, that is, their end is falling. "The end of meeting is separation" refers to with whom it is used, showing their impermanence, that is, their end is separation. "The end of living is death" refers to why it is used, showing its impermanence, that is, the end of all living is death. If these four kinds of things are all impermanent, then what else in the world is permanent? On the other hand, it seems to have been said to abandon the particular attachment of those who are particularly attached to enjoyment. Enjoyment mainly refers to wealth, houses, lovely sons, wives, and so on. For this very reason, the Blessed One said: Alas, these sentient beings wander in samsara because of craving for wealth, houses, sons, wives, and servants. To them in order
