以考察过的水来充满内部，芝麻、稻米、青稞等谷物，用糌粑、红糖、油来环绕。在蚂蚁窝的各个门口，用红糖浸泡的食物饮料，委托给可信任的人，要恒常布施。对于饿鬼们，无论如何适宜，在吃过的深处或上面都可以，要布施食物饮料。对于狗、昆虫、鸟等，要按照如何适合来布施。如果发生饥荒的灾害，以及外敌侵扰的灾害，疾病等灾害发生时，要救助众生。如果农作物歉收，用种子和糌粑来救助。不要征收全部赋税，或者少量征收。对于贷款利息等，要完全保护。赌博等要戒除或不征收。从门户而来的各种烦恼，要从这些中解脱出来。对于自己国家或他国的盗贼，要平息。要确定物品的价值，一切事情都要合理地做。说多了有什么用呢？用智慧的力量来商议，做对自己或他人有益的事情。对于能利益人和世界的那些人，所有那些都要考察。从什么和什么能对自己有益，同样也能利益世界。土地、水、火、风、药物等，以及寺庙的树木一样，即使自己短暂的独自一人，也要随意使用。在七步的中间，也要舍弃一切财产，阐述心意的菩萨们，他们的福德无量如虚空。如果将容貌美丽的装饰好的女儿，给予那些寻求意义的人，那么就能获得完全持有正法的形象。具有一切装饰的八万个女儿，与一切用具一起，过去世的能仁已经布施过。对于清晰且非常鲜艳的衣服和装饰品等，以及香和花环的享受等，对于乞讨者要以慈爱之心布施。因为没有财富和佛法，变得贫穷且非常痛苦，对于他们立即布施，没有比这更好的布施了。因为毒药能起作用的时候，毒药也可以布施。如果变成有害的时候，最好的食物也不要布施。

Fill the inside with examined water, and surround it with grains such as sesame, rice, and barley, as well as with zan (roasted barley flour), molasses, and oil. At all the entrances of ant nests, offer food and drink soaked in molasses. Entrust this to trustworthy people and always give alms. To the pretas (hungry ghosts), give food and drink in whatever way is convenient, whether in the depths or on top of what has been eaten. Give appropriately to dogs, insects, birds, and so on. If there is a calamity of famine, or a calamity of enemy invasion, or a calamity of disease, then protect sentient beings. If crops are destroyed, protect them with seeds and zan. Do not collect all taxes, or collect only a small amount. Protect interest payments completely. Abandon gambling or do not collect it. Liberate from all the afflictions that come from the gates. Pacify thieves in one's own country or in other countries. Determine the value of goods, and do everything reasonably. What is the use of saying much? Consult with the power of wisdom and do what will benefit oneself or others. Examine all those who benefit people and the world. Benefit oneself from whatever and in whatever way, and likewise benefit the world. Use earth, water, fire, wind, medicine, and the trees of monasteries as you wish, even if you are briefly alone. Even in the middle of seven steps, give away all possessions and explain the mind. For the bodhisattvas, their merit is immeasurable like the sky. If you give a beautiful and well-adorned daughter to those who seek meaning, then you will obtain the form of fully upholding the true Dharma. Eighty thousand daughters endowed with all ornaments, together with all their belongings, were given by the Thubpa (Buddha) in the past. Give clothes and ornaments that are clear and very bright, as well as the enjoyment of incense and garlands, etc., to beggars with loving-kindness. Because they are without wealth and Dharma, they become poor and suffer greatly. Give to them immediately, there is no better giving than that. Because poison can be beneficial at times, poison should also be given. If it becomes harmful, then even the best food should not be given.

被毒蛇咬过的手指被切断。 道路是怎样的，就那样。 如果对他人有益，即使是痛苦， 佛陀也说是应该做的。 对神圣的佛法要恭敬。 对说法者要至上。 要经常听闻佛法。 要亲自布施佛法。 不要执着于世间法。 要执着于出世间法。 自己是怎样的，他人也是那样。 要生起一切功德。 听闻正法不要满足。 将获得陀罗尼，意义也将被辨别。 向上师供养之后， 要恒常依止他。 为了世间成熟而寻求听闻。 舍弃争论的意义和傲慢。 不要宣扬自己的功德。 也要宣扬敌人的功德。 不要揭露他人的过失。 不要积聚恶毒的心。 自己或者他人的， 要分别观察各自的错误。 以任何过失， 使他人的相续变得有过错， 如果在自己的相续中见到， 智者应立即舍弃。 要真实地利益他人， 不要期待回报。 痛苦自己独自承受， 快乐共同享受。 纵然富裕圆满， 也不要傲慢自大， 没有富裕圆满，如同饿鬼， 即使没有享受，也不要沮丧。 即使死亡或王位衰败， 也要说真实的话。 不要为了自己的利益说什么， 即使如实宣说意义， 如果对他人有害就不是真实。 如果完全利益他人， 即使说没有意义的话也是真实。 如所说的那样去做， 行为变得稳固的这个人， 在整个大地上成为至上的统治者， 未来将会如此。 详细观察后所做的事情， 一切都会恒常赞叹。 如果展示事情是如何发生的， 其他人会更加信任。 供养父母， 供养善良的人们， 生活清净且忍耐， 慷慨布施且言语不粗暴， 不说是非和谎言， 依靠这些行为， 将转生为天界的统治者。 在那里也将成为天界的统治者。 因此要行持这个佛法。 每天三次， 给予三百个食器的食物， 功德之聚的

The finger touched by a poisonous snake is cut off. The path is as it is. If it benefits others, even suffering, The Buddha said it should be done. Be respectful to the sacred Dharma. Make the speaker of Dharma supreme. Always listen to the Dharma. Give the Dharma yourself. Do not be attached to worldly dharmas. Be attached to transmundane dharmas. As you are, so are others. Generate all qualities. Never be satisfied with hearing the sacred Dharma. You will obtain dharani, and the meaning will be discerned. After making offerings to the Lama, You should always rely on him. Seek hearing for the sake of the world's maturity. Abandon the meaning of argument and pride. Do not proclaim your own qualities. Also proclaim the qualities of the enemy. Do not reveal the faults of others. Do not accumulate malicious thoughts. Your own or others', Examine each other's mistakes separately. With whatever fault, Make the others' continuum faulty, If you see it in your own continuum, The wise should abandon it immediately. Truly benefit others, Do not look for a return. Sufferings are endured by oneself alone, Happiness is enjoyed in common. Even if you are rich and perfect, Do not be arrogant and haughty, Without richness and perfection, like a hungry ghost, Even without enjoyment, do not be discouraged. Even if death or kingship declines, Speak the truth. Do not say anything for your own sake, Even if you speak the meaning as it is, If it harms others, it is not true. If it completely benefits others, Even if you say meaningless words, it is true. Do as you say, This person whose behavior becomes stable, On the entire earth, he becomes the supreme ruler, It will be so in the future. Whatever is done after careful examination, Everything will always be praised. If you show how things happened, Others will trust you more. Offering to parents, Offering to virtuous people, Living purely and patiently, Generously giving and not speaking harshly, Not speaking of discord and lies, By relying on these behaviors, You will be reborn as the ruler of the gods. There you will also become the ruler of the gods. Therefore, practice this Dharma. Three times each day, Giving food in three hundred vessels, The accumulation of merit
