In short, the combination of the two results in the complete thirteen aspects, hence the thirteen aspects. Dedicating entirely to the great Bodhi is of great fruition and benefit, therefore the fruition is complete, hence it is complete. In order to extensively accept the foundation for learning the vast, the place is complete, hence it is complete. Vast should be called vast. Because the extreme of the decline of desire is completely abandoned, it is therefore free from the happiness of those with afflictions, so it is without fault. Because the extreme of making oneself weary is completely abandoned, meaningless suffering is completely abandoned, so it is in accordance with a place of great joy. Because interruption is completely abandoned, it possesses the precepts until the end of life, so it is constant. It does not rely on gain and respect, and does not decline through this, therefore it is unconquerable. Because the precepts established by the Tathagata are abandoned, and vows are properly taken in the places of non-Buddhists, one will be conquered by opponents, etc. Since this is not the case, one will not be conquered by them. Because the Sutra says that the monks Sarpa Sarpa and others are tormented by the harms of asceticism, they abandon the precepts with such entanglements of afflictions, decline and regress, and because of breaking the precepts, they will be conquered by the near afflictions. Because it is not taken away by those kinds, it is stable. Because it possesses adornment, it is adorned. For example, it is said in the 'Hearer's Ground' that having faith, being unwavering, having few illnesses, initiating diligence, having wisdom, and having few desires, etc., up to the qualities of cultivation, are the adornments of morality, as explained therein. Morality, in short, is of two kinds: refraining from misconduct by only what should never be done, properly taking up abstinence, so it is the morality of restraint; and only what must certainly be done, which is the training, so it is the morality of practice; and in order to always guard these two with mindfulness, it is the morality of complete protection, thus there are three kinds.

And because the Vipāka fruit is thoroughly distinguished, it is that which causes Vipāka. That is, on each and every land, in order to accomplish the name that is appropriate to it, similarly, in order to accomplish the Samādhi of the Bodhisattva, in order to accomplish the coming and going of gods and humans, in order to accomplish the fruit of many benefits for sentient beings, it should be known as four types. In this way, it becomes seven types. In order to obtain equality of self and others, observing and separately taking and abandoning what is desired and what is lacking, this is the Vinaya of poverty and desire. That is, in order to counteract the eight types of suffering, there are eight types. All sentient beings, because they want to live and do not want to die, therefore those who want to live, those who want to enjoy, those who want wives who do not disobey them, those who want not to be deceived, those who want servants and retinues who do not separate, those who want to hear pleasant sounds, those who want to hear meaningful and rich conversations, those who want pleasant union and contact. The opposite of this is the eight types of suffering, which are causing poverty, causing displeasure, causing discomfort, and from these opposite perspectives, the Vinaya of poverty and desire is established. From the gate of joy that enters the cause of suffering, because it benefits both self and others in this life and the next, it is the Vinaya of cessation. For both this life and the next are happiness, because it allows entry into the cause of happiness, it is the Vinaya of allowance. Similarly, in order to benefit both, because it gathers sentient beings who have truly entered these two, it is the Vinaya of gathering. For the happiness of other sentient beings in this life and the next, punishing sentient beings who have wrongly entered, it is the Vinaya of punishment. Merely having generosity, in the next life it will become the fruit of great enjoyment, having patience, for both this life and the next it is the cause of happiness for self and others, in the next life it will become the cause of having servants and retinues for oneself, for both this life and the next are happiness, having diligence, in this very life diligence is exerted.
