It will not intervene, because there will be obstacles. Furthermore, the Holy Nagarjuna is a prophesied one and a trustworthy scripture, so it is only reasonable to engage in this. The relationship should not be explained separately, because there is no result. If it is not understood through what is said, then if it needs to be explained separately, it is impossible not to explain the relationship when explaining the necessity. That is, the treatise and the necessity are shown as the nature of the method and what arises from the method, and not otherwise, so this should not be explained separately from explaining the necessity. In this way, when it is shown that "this is the necessity of this," it is shown that "this is the accomplishment of this." Otherwise, if anything that does not accomplish anything becomes its necessity, it would be too extreme. What is to be said here is that abiding in the nature of the four dharmas, such as being endowed with morality, is the path to attain omniscience, as spoken by the Blessed One in all the sutras. The necessity is that here, from all the words of the Blessed One, abandoning contempt for the Dharma, and in order to rely on the guru, the Holy Nagarjuna, without being confused about the meaning of the scriptures, and with compassion to guide others, clearly explained what was said in fragments. The necessity of the necessity is that here, as mentioned before, from being endowed with practice, the supreme fruits of temporary and ultimate gradually arise. Therefore, from the previous scripture, what is to be said is to show the meaning. The necessity is to understand the meaning. The necessity of the necessity is to accomplish the meaning. The relationship is the method and what arises from the method, so it is said. Therefore, what is called "Compendium" shows the necessity; what is called "Mahayana" shows the necessity of the necessity; what is called "Ratnagotravibhāga" shows what is to be said. Among them, summarizing and showing the meaning spoken in the sutras, thereby understanding the order of the grounds and paths and the meaning of the fruit as the object through names, the necessity is to understand the meaning. Here it is said, if the meaning spoken by the Blessed One himself is explained, it will become a repetition, but if it is not.

Then how should the scriptures be explained? No, the meaning of the Buddha's words is very profound and not within the scope of speculation, and it is shown that the necessity, words, and teachings are diverse and varied, and like what was said before, these are very clear, thorough, and it is determined that someone should practice the ultimate meaning, so both faults are avoided far away. Another situation is that even the teachings called "brief" are because the very vast content is expressed in short words; even if the commentary is made into a treatise, it is because the treatise is simplified by explaining the meaning; and apart from the scriptures themselves, distinguishing the situation by other means also avoids the two faults. Therefore, it is called "Sutra Pitaka" because it shows that it is not self-created, because it briefly shows the meaning of the aggregates and so on, it is called Sutra Pitaka. Or, it is also because it mainly shows samadhi. It is called "various" because it shows the ultimate meaning, which will be explained later. It is called "collected" because it avoids the fault of repetition. Regarding "Mahayana", the word "yana" means vehicle, because it can transport people to other places. It is called "great" because it has great Dharma. What is the great Dharma? The Holy Nagarjuna once said: generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom and compassion are the Mahayana. Here, the feet of the Holy Asanga said: a group that is more extensive than the great Dharma, great bodhicitta, great interest in the great Dharma, great superior intention, great accumulation, great time, and a truly great practitioner, these seven are "Mahayana". Therefore, in the context of this meaning, the five dharmas such as having discipline mentioned by the Holy Nagarjuna should all be understood. How to understand? What the Holy Nagarjuna and the Holy Asanga said is consistent, the basis for practicing these dharmas is having perfect discipline, and by listening, thinking, and meditating, one can achieve the supreme fruit, which is what is to be expressed. The Holy Asanga said, listening with proper attention, and previous thinking.
