Should be done. Upali, the so-called "permanent" is one extreme view. The so-called "impermanent" is the second extreme view. What is in the middle of these two extremes? That is inconceivable, unshowable, non-dependent, non-appearing. Without discriminating consciousness, without a place. Upali, this is the Middle Way distinguishing all dharmas. Upali, the so-called "self" is one extreme view. The so-called "no-self" is the second extreme view. Upali, the so-called "existence" is one extreme view. The so-called "non-existence" is the second extreme view. What is in the middle of these two? That is what is said to be inconceivable, and so on. From purifying the boundless gate, the so-called Middle Way is the path that leads to Nirvana. Nirvana is a place where there is nowhere to go. Therefore, since there is no place to go at all, all dharmas are equal to Nirvana. Boundless adornment. This Middle Way is neither practice nor non-practice, so it is said to be free from extremes for the sake of closeness. Moreover, it is said in the same sutra: All these dharmas are not existent, and are also free from non-existence. Whoever knows the Dharma in this way, for them, a form body arises. So it is said. From the undifferentiated nature of Dharma, Manjushri, if the nature of the Dharmadhatu is such that there is no universal defilement or complete purification in the Dharmadhatu, then the actions of sentient beings' universal defilement or complete purification will arise. He replied: Venerable Shariputra's son, childish ordinary people are deluded by the perversion of the view of the destructible aggregate, and for those who grasp at self and what belongs to self, the thought of self and others arises. From this, good and non-virtuous thoughts arise. Here, good and non-virtuous actions are manifested, and from this, the ripening is manifested. In this way, grasping at samsara, in this way, it is called universal defilement, so it is said. In the Nirvana Sutra, it is said: The six teachers say that form is the self, but it is not so. Why? If form were the self, then there should be no ugly form. Why are the four castes different?

It has not become a single kind of thing. Why, without autonomy and sovereignty, do the senses weaken and become incomplete? If (beings) do not take the body of gods, but take various bodies such as hells and hungry ghosts. In this way, since it cannot be transformed as desired, it is undoubtedly recognized as selfless. Because of this selflessness, it is called impermanent. Because of impermanence, it is suffering. Because of suffering, it is emptiness. Because of emptiness, it is inverted. Because of inversion, it revolves in samsara, and feelings and so on are the same as it, so it is said. In the chapter on armor, it is said: From various causes and conditions, everything arises without foundation and without anything. All dharmas are empty by their very nature, and there is no birth by their very nature. Bodhisattvas, for all kinds of causes and conditions, realize emptiness by separate observation. Since all dharmas are empty by nature, there is no characteristic by nature. Birth does not exist. Thus, whatever is known separately, one should diligently practice the Dharma. Form, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness should also be understood in the same way. From many causes and conditions, the five aggregates arise. Since the five aggregates do not really exist, their own nature and essence are empty. There is no birth of everything, and there is no cessation without birth. The nature of the five aggregates is like this. Whoever knows it completely, by seeing the true nature, has no attachment to the Dharma. Dharmas and the realm of Dharma, these two also have no characteristics. Since all dharmas have abandoned characteristics, it is called the realm of Dharma. Not seeing the non-conceptual wisdom, and not seeing this view, because seeing that all dharmas are not true, it is said that this is discrimination. It starts from there: one should not look at emptiness as emptiness, nor should one look at emptiness outside of emptiness. Whoever looks like this is called seeing emptiness. So it is said. From the Sutra of Endurance Subdued by the Light of the Sky Walker, the son of the family, in addition to form, is also the four great elements, and these four great elements are internal, external, large, and small. All of these should be observed as not moving, not being born, selfless, and without self. Without leakage, without discrimination, without desire.
