Therefore, this, like external objects, cannot be of a single or multiple nature. Like reflections and so on, understand with the clear knowing of no-self nature. The Mahayana scriptures, such as the Prajnaparamita, etc., should also be understood as selfless in action. It is necessary to truly comprehend. If there is a non-dual wisdom, truly existing, then the Buddhas would not deny even the most minute objects. In the sutra called "Wisdom," in order to eliminate the existence of things as small as the tip of a hair, this is merely the reason for non-existence. The Vajra, the mother of all Buddhas, also protects through action, stating that the continuum of mind is not continuous, therefore the mind is not real. The past consciousness, the Buddha also cannot observe in any way, the future does not exist, and the present is also not observed. If the mind truly exists, then from the Ratnakuta Sutra, the self-nature is even greater, and what is said in the Light Garland Sutra is also unreasonable. In the Samadhiraja Sutra, also, the prohibition of dwelling in the middle of existence and non-existence indirectly explains the absence of self-nature. In the sutra called the Holy Lankavatara Sutra, the Buddhas also clearly explained with verses, therefore, non-reality is logical. How is it proclaimed? Just like the image in a mirror, neither the same nor different, completely beyond these distinctions, although it appears, it is not its nature. Similarly, for things, reality is also like this. The dharmas that are distinguished by wisdom cannot determine their self-nature, therefore, they are inexpressible and are also called without self-nature. That is how it is said. If there is anything, Manjushri asks with truth, and the Holy Vimalakirti, why did he remain silent at that time? For a person who dwells in a place that conforms to the scriptures, if asked, it is unreasonable for a wise person not to speak. Furthermore, in the sutra called Anavatapta, what the Bhagavan said is also dependent on conditions, beings are without self-nature. How is it proclaimed? Whatever arises from conditions is unborn. For it, there is no self-nature birth. Whatever depends on conditions is said to be emptiness. Whoever knows emptiness is mindful.

That is it. Similarly, in the Sutra Requested by the Noble Naga King Ocean, the Bhagavan also said: Because things arise dependently, they have no inherent nature. Those that arise dependently have no inherent nature. Those that have no inherent nature do not arise anywhere. That is it. Similarly, in the Elephant Strength Sutra, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni, the supreme being, also clearly stated: All things understood in the three times are clearly said to be without inherent nature. In what has the law of birth, there is no law to be found, but children think of the law of no birth as birth. That is it. In the Jewel Source Sutra, the All-Seeing One has clearly shown the arising of all things, therefore it is said that all things are without self. As it is said: What has no self-nature, how can other conditions change without self-nature? Because there is no self-nature, what can produce others? This reason is explained by the Sugata. That is it. Similarly, in the Great Sutra Requested by the Naga King Ocean, the Muni has said that all things desired in the three times are without inherent nature. The past end is empty, the future end is empty, and the things of birth, destruction, and abiding are empty. This is neither real nor unreal, all dharmas are empty of inherent nature. That is it. Furthermore, if there is an acceptance of things, how can the Sutra of the Tenth Ground say that the birthplaces are equal, how can there be no dispute? As it is said: In the fifth ground, the path of the ground is completely perfected, and the bodhisattva enters the sixth ground with ten kinds of equality. What are the ten? That is: all dharmas are equal without characteristics, all dharmas are equal without characteristics, all dharmas are equal without birth, and so on. As it is said, because it is said that all things have no self-nature, it should be believed that the kinds of things that dwell in the three times are all clearly without self-nature. Similarly, in the Sutra of the Repentance of the Noble Ajatashatru, it is also said: All things are truly without self-nature.
