If there is a transformation called "arising," it is because the result does not encounter conditions before arising, so it does not exist. Therefore, the word "dependent arising" cannot be established. If you say that there is no fault in admitting the two words "dependent arising" and "arising" at the same time, then for the word "dependent arising," two actions cannot exist at the same time, because saying "dependent arising" is like saying "measure and then eat." Even without an agent, action without a basis is not possible, because it does not exist, like the son of a barren woman walking. That's what they say. That is not good, if you admit the nature of arising without a result, then it is uncertain for oneself. For the side of arising from existence, the meaning of the reason of existence is also not established. Even if two actions with one agent exist at the same time, because it is said to be "dependent arising," it is like opening your mouth to sleep, and spreading the road to walk, because it is uncertain. For the existence and non-existence of the agent, it will also become the fault mentioned above. If you also state a famous reason to others, then it will become too excessive. That teaching is karma, that is: No cessation, no arising, No cutting off, no permanence, No coming, no going, Different meaning, not one meaning. That's it. If you do not understand the meaning of the words, you do not understand the meaning of language and distinctions, and the meaning of the treatises, therefore, first of all, the meaning of the words should be stated. Some say that the meanings of words, etc., are beneficial to the meanings of language, etc., and one aspect of words is like walking on the road. Others say that words, etc., are beneficial to the meaning of the treatises by generating actions, that is, to understanding all the limbs, and it is unreasonable to investigate beforehand. Cessation is destruction. Arising is production. Cutting off is interruption. Permanent is constant existence. Coming is coming here. Going is going there. Different is different meaning. One meaning is

"Kya ba" means non-difference, that is, what is called "not other." What is called "without cessation" means that there is no cessation in this. Even up to "not one meaning," it means that there is also no one meaning in this. Some say that the negation of cessation, arising, otherness, and oneness is the ultimate truth. The negation of annihilation and permanence is the conventional truth. The negation of going and coming is both. What is called "not other" means that everything here is negated in the ultimate truth, because it must be grasped definitively. Furthermore, it is not contradictory, because there is no contradiction in showing the particularity of the basis of particularity as it is, and because what is shown by the author himself is the supreme intention. What is called "cessation of elaboration" means that the self-nature of speech, manifest attachment, is pacified. What is called "pacified" means that it is free from all harm, or because it is empty of its own nature. What is called "teaching" means to bestow teachings. What is called "perfectly complete Buddha" means the Bhagavan, because he has truly and without inversion understood the selflessness of phenomena and persons. What is called "of the speakers" means of the speakers, the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas, because by truly showing dependent arising, they show the path that leads to obtaining higher realms and liberation. What is called "noble" means supreme, because it speaks of dependent arising that possesses the non-inverted distinctions mentioned earlier. Therefore, "I prostrate to him" means that he should be venerated. Here, some say, if it is dependent arising, then how can it be without arising? If it is without arising, then it should not be called dependent arising, so it contradicts one's own words and becomes a fault of breaking the vow, because it itself denies its meaning. For example, it is like saying, "Everything spoken is false." To this, if one vows that all dependent arising is without arising, then it will also become that fault, because the word "all" includes the conventional dependent arising that has not been acknowledged.
