I will briefly explain here. Here, whatever is done by the compiler should be related to the collection of words that he remembers. Otherwise, if related in sequence, then the meaning of seeing, such as "abiding in one way," etc., will also become heard. If that is the case, it will become something heard through transmission. And this contradicts the common saying. Our intention is not only to avoid contradicting the common saying, but also to avoid obstacles to verbal expression. Or, when the compiler hears the verses compiled by the perfectly complete Buddha, the intermediate compiling words are not made by the compiler, because everything is heard through instruction, so there is no fault. This itself is also considered to be the Jewel Source of Peace, blessed by the Blessed One. The noble Avalokiteshvara is the compiler, so it is said. Then, what is the purpose of the compiler? It is only for the questioner. "At one time" means perfection. Not at other times, because when the perfectly complete Buddha, considering other beings to be tamed, turns the wheel of Dharma, the noble Avalokiteshvara freely enters the heart essence of the Prajnaparamita, so hearing the perfection at the same time is accomplished. If considering non-tamed beings, then the perfectly complete Buddha seems to abide in samadhi, but in reality, the wheel of Dharma is constantly turned in the appropriate manner. Or, "at one time" means the time when the Buddha does not subdue. Otherwise, the noble Avalokiteshvara would have no occasion to manifest. "Blessed One" means the teacher is perfect. If here the noble Avalokiteshvara is the teacher, then how can it be said that the Blessed One is the perfect teacher? It is said that by the power of the Blessed One, Shariputra asks, and the Blessed One himself asks in the manner of abiding in samadhi, and also reveals the occasion for answering, so there is no fault in calling the Blessed One himself the teacher here. Perfect freedom, Dharma, fame and glory.
