If so, (someone) said: World Honored One, for example, regarding the dharma called "Bodhisattva," I have not completely and truly seen it. One should think like this: a Bodhisattva with the nature of things, will it arise from the nature of name? Or from the nature of sentient beings? Or from form, etc., at that time, will it arise from the nature of false words such as dharma being permanent and impermanent? Or from the nature of dharmas such as form? There are four possibilities. Among them, name is not another dharma of all dharmas, because if the name of dharmas becomes another dharma, then when it and the dharma with the name arise, it should also arise, (if) you think like this, (name) will not arise either, because in order to make it suitable for designation, only with the nature of expression, others are later separately established, saying "this is the name of this." Because if the name also arises when the dharma arises, then others who have understood the expression will also understand "this is the name of this" just by seeing it, (if) you think like this, they will not understand either. Therefore, name does not arise when the dharma arises. Nor does it perish with the extinction of the dharma, because even if the thing referred to by its name perishes, its name will still be designated, which is not terrible. Therefore, because there is no arising and ceasing, it is not another dharma, but this is only a designation, this is (Buddha's) intention. The nature of sentient beings is also unreasonable for a Bodhisattva, because a Bodhisattva does not cling to self-nature, and discriminates like self, etc., and discrimination enters in two ways. Because the Bodhisattva is manifestly attached to himself, will he become the nature of the five aggregates? Just as the annihilationists speculate about the self. Or is it another (thing) that is different from the five aggregates? Just as the eternalists speculate about the self. Among them, first of all, the five aggregates are the nature of the difference between what is grasped and what grasps, and what is grasped does not exist, because the characteristic of what is grasped is unreasonable.

Moreover, holding is also non-existent, because there is nothing to be held, so that is unreasonable. Because the five aggregates do not exist, therefore, its self-nature, sentient beings, becomes a Bodhisattva. If there were sentient beings different from the aggregates, then they would realize it in that way, but it is not realization either. Therefore, why are sentient beings similar to rabbit horns, the children of barren women, etc., Bodhisattvas? The five forms, such as form, are permanent and impermanent, etc. The self-nature Bodhisattva of nominal terms is also unreasonable. Because forms, etc., do not exist at all, because they are completely imputed. Why would those nominal terms, which do not exist at all, become Bodhisattvas? The self-nature of dharmas such as form is also not a Bodhisattva, because forms, etc., are completely imputed and do not exist in nature. Because that does not exist, the nature of that and the appearance of consciousness is also non-existent in other-powered natures, merely as an unreal appearance. Therefore, the remaining perfectly established nature arises from those. All dharmas are also the self-nature of Suchness in the state of perfect establishment. Therefore, looking at what, is one called by the name Bodhisattva? Because why is it said that the other sees the other? Or, if conditioned dharmas are seen in the realm of unconditioned dharmas, this is also non-existent, because there is no difference. For example, Suchness itself is called conditioned in an impure state, and Suchness itself is called unconditioned in a pure state. Just as water that was previously unclear is later called the same water when it becomes very clear. Just as the sky, which was previously stained by clouds, etc., is later called the same sky when it becomes spotless. Similarly, Suchness, which was previously impure, is also Suchness itself when it later becomes very pure. Therefore, conditioned dharmas and unconditioned

The made dharmas do not have intrinsic differences. Therefore, it is not said that if something appears somewhere, then for the sake of something, one truly sees oneself following along. These also only arise from the great yogis who do not fixate on the four extremes. That is, "I" and so on. The so-called "Prajnaparamita" also arises from names and so on, having a different nature. Therefore, how can that also be seen like a Bodhisattva? That is the meaning. The word "so-called" means extremely famous, just like the pure principle spoken of when a king appears as King Suddhodana. If neither is seen, then what is reasonable? Thus it is said. I do not know, and so on. If the Bodhisattva is not seen, then how can the dharma of names and so on become a Bodhisattva? The answer is, the dharma of the Bodhisattva is also, the nature-dharma of the Bodhisattva is that dharma of the Bodhisattva. Because does the Bodhisattva exist with the nature of the completely imputed, or does it exist with the nature of the other-dependent, or does it exist with the nature of the perfectly established? Regarding this, the completely imputed is not known, the so-called "Vidala" means to obtain. It is not obtained. Like a rabbit's horn, because it does not exist at all. The nature of the other-dependent is not visible, because it is false, merely an appearance, and it does not exist in itself. In terms of the perfectly established, it cannot be truly seen following along, because at that time all dharmas
